I agree with this baf3. The reality is most PIs aren't capable of valuing a company. In the absence of institutional coverage they are left to go whatever way the wind blows.

TEK is like a coiled spring. When market sentiment improves or major news breaks TEK can get back to previous highs pretty quickly. On more than one occasion the SP has doubled in the month of April.

I think this is the most interesting line from the report. 1,000 sold out in just 48 hours. South Africa can't be the biggest market either. Wait until they get distribution agreements in every European country and throughout Asia...

I haven't bought or sold any TEK for 2 years. I have been happy with my position. I never had a position in BELL before, but today bought a sizeable position.

I feel like the conditions are pretty positive for growth stocks heading into 2023 as we continue to see disinflation and a FED pivot.

On BELL i was happy with the update. I feel that this is kind of past the point of no return. Seems pretty clear that it is going to quickly turn into a massive business. Everything is now in place. There are not many companies which are high growth and low risk surrounding that growth.

If there is need for a small raise then this should be well subscribed. When it is clear to investors that there is a clear runway and the funding will go to meet orders which are already placed, then that is a very attractive setup.

So we agree that there is plenty of demand in China Storm?

I am very tempted to take a position in BELL soon. Amazing level of hysteria over on the BELL message board at the moment. In 2-3 years time the company is forecast to be making 100's of millions of revenue. Add to that strong margins, and it is a great company to own.

Hi Storm, I don't think what you said makes sense. There will be demand for oxygen concentrators, even if it is just for the rich. Letting everyone 'drop dead' isn't a plan. When death comes knocking people do anything to escape it. Remember India when people were using their life savings to get them...

It's not shocking. Chinese production was due to start around the end of 2022- start of 2023. Belluscura haven't made the announcement for 2022 production numbers yet (report due later). Stop being so hysterical.

On BELL year end update due in the next few weeks. I don't think Cliff needs to do another presenation.

Yes, he has given guidance of 2022 Q4 1000-3000 units and 2023 18000 units.

As far as i have seen he hasn't said that there have been any issues with production schedule in China.

How do you know what the production level in China is currently? They will include that in the end of year update in the next couple of weeks, whenever it is released. The last update we had in October i think, was that the production schedule had been moved forward. Don't see any reason to think anything different at this point. This will be a priority operation for the Chinese authorities right given the chronic demand for oxygen concentrators.

The main negative sentiment seems to be coming from you almost everyday.

If this falls much further i will probably step in prior to the end of year release.

Hi TopCatz, I am reluctant to feed the trolls. But a couple of more points. There is no reason that a capital raise should lead to a 50% fall in the share price. A small raise should have a small effect. Also, it can be a good thing. If BELL were to raise extra cash for instance it probably needs to ramp up production even more. That is a positive not a negative.

It seems silly to get hysterical that startups need to periodically raise cash before they reach profitability.

My advice is to not sell during these times unless you need the money for something.

People are just upset that the SP is lower. The business has had a very good year. Always seemed perverse to me that people want to sell after it goes down and buy after it goes up. Just need to be patient and wait for better market sentiment.

I will be absolutely fascinated to know what is going on with BELL in China. Demand for oxygen concentrators has become chronic. Even if there are delays in the manufacturing sector, BELL's operations must be a priority for the Chinese authorities.

Happy New Year All, I see the discount to NAV as an opportunity rather than a problem. If it was far above the fair value then i probably wouldn't be a buyer. I am predominantly a value investor and so look for long term value. In my view TEK is well placed to continue its long term uptrend off the 5p lows, as it continues to deliver and move the portfolio companies closer to profitability, starting with BELL on Tuesday.

Seems you are right TopCatz. A few sell orders this morning, but now seems to have popped higher.
