Don't think so, feel some may have seen GGP as a quick trading opportunity at 25p and thought they'd go in and out. Don't think it'll work this time as GGP may keep dropping over the weeks, who knows.

Not a coincidence that EUA drops when there is some rainbow to chase, same happened when ARB was on a roll.

I noticed Matt on the ARB board saying he is 17k down, grass isn't always greener, timing is everything so if you time it correctly props but sometimes it's better to just stay put instead of chasing.

That sub 20 entry at GGP that HappyScott said we would never get now looks possible lol.

There’s been tons of communication, all you ever do is complain DORE, people like you is the reason such panic is caused in the first place.

Just let the BOD do their thing. Life doesn’t always work the way you want it to work, there are multiple parties behind this process and they’ve clearly requested some anonymity until the process is over.

It's a risk and reward balance at the end of the day.

Do you have the luxury to sit and watch the share price all day long? To keep your finger on the buy/sell? What if you work and don't have the time?

Do you have level 2? Is it worth chasing a £5k profit in a week but then you miss the sale RNS and miss out on £100k?

I hate all this complaining about missed opportunities, you are either an investor or a day trader, if you are investor, stop complaining, if you are a day trader then go out and chase, no ones forcing you to hold your shares.

And for those in the red, this is the stock market, there are times when you will be sat in red for weeks and months, but if you stick to the fundementals, over time you will make good money. Think about those who bought in at 4p earlier in 2020, watched their investment go down to 2p, yet today those same shares are at 29p.

Nah, it's an investor mentality, something you won't ever have, go attempt to recover your failed day trading losses somewhere else.

Look for it yourself you poor sod, haha, none of us forget your tactics a few months ago, you go in the same pile as Parsley, Calamity etc.

Just to clear up something on the disclaimer, a few people have warned us by referring to the 'no certainty that a transaction will occur or on what terms.'

However, the line started with:

'UNTIL A TRANSACTION IS FINALL Y CONCLUDED there can be no certainty that a transaction will occur OR ON WHAT TERMS.'

Key phrases:
- Until a transaction is FINALLY concluded
- ON WHAT TERMS

The EUA BOD are known for dropping massive hints in the RNSs without having to reveal more information then required, and on top of that they removed the disclaimer about certainty for months now, I believe it was only included here because it was an actual statement in reference to the FSP, but whilst they threw it in, they also gave you the hint hint that a transaction is looking to finally be concluded, we are just working on the terms.

The BOD have been excellent in feeding us information between the lines, they deserve so much credit for the way they've gone about this whole process, from building up WK, gaining the licences for MT, the way they kept us out of the firing line during the first few months of COVID, essentially (although we didn't know at the time) protecting our investment.

Then they've gone and brought UBS and DLA Piper to the table to play?!

Honestly, this company will go down in AIM history.

You have to remember, a lot people are selling for this to be manipulated, they can only play ball if people give their shares away.

The market doesn't like delays so it makes sense and people like to chase rainbows so what can you do?

However over the next few days and weeks, buying pressure will eventually send this back to 40p as people want to be locked in. My advice is just stay patient and ignore the daily movements at this point, the toughest periods of this investment are now behind us and today's announcement de-risked it.

I believe starting from today, a final run of accumulation will begin, I know we are still at 30p but that was from short sighted selling, this is a lot different from what we saw after other announcements.

By the wording in the RNS and the references to the holidays, I suspect we will see the DFS in the next 2 weeks and a firm outcome of the FSP in February.

The price after today should slowly see a day to day rise as the charts suggested up towards 50p as the anticipation builds towards an offer, now that the market knows the bids are and that the advisers are still at the table (UBS/DLA Piper), there will be a lot more confidence and a lot less willing to risk shorting so expect more to close and send the price higher.

The lines in regards to complex structures and multiple parties will have also caught the eye of many, as it has already been discussed as part of possible theories by a few individuals. The scale of the beast MT is which Monty and Mac have been discussing in the last 24 hours will come to light and the market will wake up to it.

I don’t want to see any of you respond to these derampers again, time and time again we’ve had to defend our company against this onslaught of short attacks.

I definitely subscribe to the theory that the suspension was self-induced, it’s what me and a few others here had mentioned in July, to what extent and the plan behind it all is all being unraveled as we speak.

All I would say at this point after reading the posts here tonight, let the BOD do their thing, these lot are a smart bunch.

Something does seem to be going on in the background, although volume still seems to be a bit low to indicate anything is imminent, but I guess anything is possible at this point.

Early stages but it looks like they are struggling for sells at this level and are having to move it up, saw it briefly on Thursday and here it goes again, I suspect the silence from the BOD is giving the impression that something is brewing behind the scenes.
