TRD2023, it can be hard to know the reason for a drop or how much each reason is to blame unless every seller is asked, something which is impossible !! The loss missed consensus by only £10m, 3%, so doubt that was the main reason for the drop. The Pilot strike threat is still going on after the Captain level pilots refused £200k pa so maybe that was a part reason for the drop ? How much do they want - £300k p a. ?!!

LD1973, I was wondering if some fat finger or other mistake was made yesterday, sending the price down c 4.5%, and today the mistake was corrected sending the price up again, albeit other factors knocked it down, so the Net of yesterday and today is a lower share price. Hard to know.

Clank, maybe, but O'Leary was talking about fares not rising by as much and this article says 'According to research conducted by Mabrian Technologies, prices are set to rise on popular budget carriers Ryanair, easyJet and Jet2.' to Spain and The Canaries. So there could be a volume reduction in fares to Spain and The Canaries from the UK, however there are plenty of other destinations to go to using yanair, easyJet and Jet2 !!

Pickedpeck, the Algos are probably not set up to take account of the hedging (too complicated for them ?) and DEC is simply identified as a Natural Gas company so is tracked on the latter actual prices ?

Greygeorge, fair enough on your link re PWC, Accounting Auditors are human and make mistakes. This wasn't Willfull bad behaviour by PWC and even the FCA was reprimanded for not monitoring the company LCF. As a % of all PWC audits I think this LCF one is an immaterial %.

I don't get them on my laptop, which I'm currently on, because I've "Ghostery Tracker Ad Blocker" Chrome Extension blocking the adverts, but this and similar others don't work for smart phones !! And I'm not paying to block them !!
