I don't think there's an easy way to value them - especially as it's common enough to go up or down 20% in a day.
I roughly rank them into 3 tiers - 1bil+ mcap (tier 1), 200mil+ mcap (tier 2), and below (tier 3). Tier 1 shows what is possible. Tier 2 & 3 I'm looking for miners that are moving up the ranks. Then I'm looking at EH, costs, growth plans, debts, share volumes, price action, etc. Basically looking for miners that look undervalued vs their peers. Sometimes they stay undervalued for longer than expected - so try and have a few that I am watching and when they look like they are finally starting to move I go in on them and hold them until they are at a fairer value vs peers. However there's a timing element there and that's difficult to master.
