If funds cannot be raised, it is likely that the Company's shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM, and that the Company will either continue as a private company or distribute its indirect interest in the Eddie Stobart trading entities to shareholders.

Anyone shed any light on to the possible value of the indirect interest in Eddie Stobart?

Well almost last night as AC slipped in a very very cheeky placing.

Quite a few posters frothing at the mouth and one this am quoting 'our' ceo ??

I new the background before I got in this and don't need tirades of posts shouting out :

The last time I encountered a group of posters doing exactly the same was 20th April when CTEA placed at 1p.

The know alls trumpeted away all the usual guff and then instantly disappeared as the sp initially 4 bagged and then eventually 8 bagged!

Now I am not suggesting this will any time soon but anything is possible as its like the wild west out there.

Negatives :

Placing so soon after the last one and for the same purpose implies high cash burn and AC being frivolous with placing funds.
After saving 600k on Tilapia he ' costs' investors roughly the same amount through dilution.
AC could be on one hell of an ego trip thinking he is one of the big boys.

Positives :

Placing is at my average price and has no warrants/fees attached.
AC may have had to demostrate to the oil majors his ability to raise the necessary funds to proceed with asset purchase.
AC is actually in talks with oil majors (Total tbc ) so the assets actually exhist as does Tilapia and therefore the opportunity.
Private investers know whats coming and wanted a big slice of the pie.

Not ideal at this stage and I would have preferred any raise until after Tilapia had closed at least.

This has changed my position to hold as AC now has to deliver on at least Tilapia.

SP will do as it does but I will hold and wait.
