Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Which has been up for the past 3 weeks. Most likely we'll see .13+ paid this week.
.15 was a blocker a month ago so that might take some getting over. Then on to .18
The main thing is volume, which is increasing ahead of the string of news events coming up.
235k buy trade just gone through = £110k. Presumably not PI money.
Looking good for a strong finish.
Is creeping up having been under some selling pressure at 45p.
Market starting to look forward to some (positive?) news probably next week.
My take is that the SP has been following an upward trendline on the 15 minute chart since Monday p.m. Spikes being followed by a retrace and test of the support line. That's exactly what's happened this morning.
With news imminent I don't see any reason for the trend to fail anytime soon so that would suggest another blue finish.
Not unreasonable to expect news before close on Thursday given that the CEO is giving a presentation that evening "Progress in delivering the UK’s next super-giant oil field".

Another acquisition announced as well to close on November 30th.
"The current year has started very positively with continuing strong growth. As a consequence, we expect the full year to be ahead of the Board's previous expectations."

Medium term this has to be good news - a united board without the backstabbing going on. Buchanan back on the board has to be seen as positive as he knows what's going on. Malcy said his departure was bad so therefore his return is good.
The other board appointments make sense. Lucan is only interim and likely to have contacts in the right places.
Nothing has changed on the ground. MM's no doubt will drop this first thing and trigger stops and there will be a very high volume traded. No doubt we'll see lots of negative comments from the shorters wanting 10% or whatever before it settles.
