That's the gap closed on the daily chart when it closed at 1.6 on the 25th August and opened on the 26th at 1.675.

The last Holdings RNS from Sneller AFAICS was on the 15th Sept. and stated his holding had crossed the 6.98% threshold yet on the Omega site dated 11th October it states Sneller holds 6.31%.

So why no TR1 between 15th Sept and 11th October or since then ?

I contacted the journalist via Twitter to seek clarification about Omega's involvement but have yet to receive a response and I imagine Walbrook and the company have had a significant number of enquiries as a result of that story as well. If the article was totally fabricated then no doubt Omega's name would have been completely removed.

The fact that it has been amended but still mentions Omega is very telling IMHO.
