I solution will be found on the environmental IMO. OCP is a fertilizer super major and I can't see them allowing through local lobbying EML to JV with anyone else. Could we be waiting for them? No one knows. To reiterate Ideas, the info landscape is so barren you can make anything up.

When I say its a god send, I mean It should help to bring us to prominence and make us a very attractive finance opportunity. EML and shareholders talk a lot of sending our product to Brazil but Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa must look at EML has an important potential future supplier. Europe certainly wants to reduce its dependence on Russia for every commodity. Easier said than done.

I would certainly lean to things are making progress. The project can be considered a strategic asset for Morocco and OCP, and the current geo political issues with Rus and Bel (38% of potash production) have been a god send for EML in moving the project forward in approvals and funding.

If OCP are the JV partners, would be correct in assuming a takeout offer is unlikely and wouldn't be accepted by OCP. There not after a quick buck and want to export the product and to expand the mine.

It's fine by me, I'd like the juicy dividends for years to come.
