I'd imagine thus would be tip of the iceberg. Doesn't look good to Western donors. Ranked 116 out of 180 countries for corruption. Worst country in Europe for corruption and ranked equal to the cocaine country of El Salvador.

We have hit high grade intercepts when we've done our own drilling, we are surrounded by Tier 1 mines, AA paid top dollar to buy back in licenses they ALREADY owned decades ago.
