Listened again, further notes below.
- All of takers want to see bulk testing.
- Aiming for Tier 1 off taker such as Posco. They think non Chinese tier 1 offtake is critical because they will be very important going forward due to DFC arrangement (full funding). Gearing up to be Posco (korean) certified and positioning to be one of their key suppliers. It seems a non Chinese offtaker is critical for DFC funding. If they get qualified by POSCO, very easy to be qualifed by other offtakers.
- Big money is not made by producers, but down stream processers. BRES can make $600-$700-$800 per tonne producing. Making coated material are making $7000-$8000 per tonne and thats were BRES wants to be.
- Dont have IP or expertise to do downstream processing. Looking to partner with companies that have the skill set.
- Looking to have core business DFS and then bolt on DFS for downstream.
- We have the most environmentally friendly graphite in the world as all power will come from hydro and will look at everything to make us green.
- The lab in IET, Chicago said our graphite is some of the purest they've ever seen.

Monkey, great call. Mike is a very concise speaker.
Not sure who was unloading in big chunks before and during the call, but I topped up a small amount at sub 5p during the call.
My key points below are incomplete, I started taking notes 25 mins in.
- MR was in discussions with DFC for a long time, he was very honest and advised the product will very likely be going to China. DFC rejected funding due to China link. Discussions restarted and Mike further elaborated that there is no other China option at PRESENT but do but advised DFC they have enough resource for 100-300 years and we could supply other markets/countries. DFC came back and agreed to be part of project to assist FULL funding. Mike declined as they were doing DFS, and DFC agreed for grant to assist DFS and increase deliverables.
- "Intention to NEVER go back to retail market again for funding. " they can now get funding from institutions /strategic. He can't elaborate to much as there is much happening.
- DFC has 15 deliverables or so.
- In discussions with POSCO.
- Lots of non binding MOUs, could sign one a week if he wanted to.
- Would like to see Downstream processing happen at same time but likely after production. Work ongoing for downstream processing.
FYI - the 26 listeners on the call, maybe make an effort to ask a question or two instead of sitting there like quiet school kids in the future. Mike answered my questions. Excuse my subdued voice, sitting in an open office with Twitter open on my screen, not a good look a head mafioso.
Re production/takeover - Will certainly get into production and will consider anything if its in shareholder benefit.
Will BoD keep buying shares, exercising warrants - Yes
When does he envisage downstream processing - He'd like to see it same time as production but likely after.
Never liked CuEq or any EQ.
JORC standards clearly state not to use EQ and use % only.

Little 16k share top up at 4.95....
Nice find - lots of new news!!! Based on this news, I've changed my target to 3 million. May sub 5p long continue!!!
"According to Kedi, Blencowe Resources Limited, a UK firm licensed for the project will start shipping mining equipment next year.
According to Kedi, the government has already started the process of compensating the project-affected persons in the project site as the operator moves to the third stage of the mine development. At least 289 project-affected persons were identified by the government in the villages of Nagolopak, Lobale, Locomo Central, and Loperu all in Akurumou Parish in Orom East Sub-county, two kilometers from the project site.
Uganda Radio Network understands that the government initiated the first phase of the ten installment phases of compensation to the project-affected persons in 2020 with 700 million Shillings disbursed. The second phase of the compensation totaling about 665 million Shillings is expected before the end of this year, while the third phase will be paid in December 2024."
The board has shown they will dilute to oblivion and even worse for their benefit. They could of raised just above current sp to boost confidence or 10% below VWAP.
Instead they go for the ridiculous 2.5p. Another micro cap BoD shafting investors.
New lows inbound today
Foreseeable future? More like 5 months.
I'll top up at 8p...
Who would of thought 24 months ago AIM would be where it is now. Looking at the AIM100 5/10 year chart, it looks we're at a support level.

Time will tell if I'm going to be a multi millionaire or I'll be on Oxford Street playing the Accordion for a few pennies. Be generous Rick when you walk past.
Short, a few companies are doing very well in Silcon Graphite anode, specifically, Neo and Blue Current. Blue Current is back by the right wing Koch brothers and they are investing significant amount into it.
Re composition - that would be tightly held proprietary secrets good sir. I say we put our pennies together and set up a competing start up.
I'm not fussy folks.....anything under 5p I'll buy.
Just picked up a tranche for £10k and £5k.
Its back up to 5.1p now after my buys.....you're welcome Short
6p is inevitable in the near term. Just need clarity no interest rises any longer, and a little foresight on when cuts expected, and throw in a transformative rns and 6p will be a thing of the past.
FYI - FED minutes released this afternoon.
Rumour has it from my friend Jerome, we'll get clarity on NO more interest hikes by the notorious FED. Things should get interesting!

Keep drip selling Short. I know those double and triple digit share sales are you.
5.03p for £10k.....we're nearly there....
The point is it's just an educational piece. Disagree? Feck would I be investing my cash in a something I don't believe in. When I invest, I invest long term. Hence why you've seen me say countless times NO takeover by the CCP for peanuts, we should be aiming for production, downstream processing, and dividends.
I agree Graphite is safe for the medium term - I'd say a decade plus at least. Nearly all the investment in gigafactories are for battery chemistry's with graphite content. These things don't change overnight or few years. Investments need to be recouped from building factories, mines, and the various other supply chains. You should also be aware there is further R&D and investments going into Lithium ion batteries to improve them. Never mind all the other battery types which use graphite.
Sold out? Bit early for the moonshine Short. I'm watching the SP drift lower and lower from last week. This morning I was being quoted 5.17 for £10k and now 5.08. It's inevitable, I'll get to top up sub 5 Shortly.
First company outside of China to make progress on Sodium Ion Batteries - No nickel, lithium, cobalt or graphite content.
Sodium-ion batteries are seen as a cheaper and safer alternative to the lithium-based batteries widely used for energy storage as they work better at both very high and low temperatures. But the amount of energy they can produce relative to their size has long lagged lithium batteries, making sodium cells currently impractical for most electric vehicles where space is at a premium.
Northvolt said on Tuesday that it had now validated a sodium-ion battery at the critical level of 160 watt hours per kilogramme, an energy density close to that of the type of lithium batteries typically used in energy storage. Lithium batteries used in electric cars have an energy density of up to about 250-300Wh per kg while those typically deployed in energy storage have about 180Wh per kg.
IMO still a long way to go on this tech. The level of capital and effort going into R&D in the energy storage space is staggering.

Excellent read on fast markets.
Graphite spherical 99.95% C, 15 microns, Fob China was trading $2100 in September and nearly $4000 last year. That's some serious cash when we're in production, although expect it to be higher price by then.
