Hi Kevin
We kindly ask that you refrain from using your Tally debit card at present and over the weekend.
We are experiencing an erroneous card charge occurring in Tally accounts a day or so after a card transaction is made. This is being caused by one of our technology partners and they are working on sorting out this issue.
The charges shouldn't be occurring and if you have been affected, we shall credit your account as soon as possible.
We will be in touch again on Monday, but until then please do not use your card.
