We kindly ask that you refrain from using your Tally debit card at present and over the weekend.
We are experiencing an erroneous card charge occurring in Tally accounts a day or so after a card transaction is made. This is being caused by one of our technology partners and they are working on sorting out this issue.
The charges shouldn't be occurring and if you have been affected, we shall credit your account as soon as possible.
We will be in touch again on Monday, but until then please do not use your card.

If I put them on the forum they will delete them I expect. Looked on the website as still no reply from Kris(shocker). They don’t have any links to complain to an external body. Looks like it’s all done in house. Maybe Cornercard need contacting again as that’s who the fca said they had spoken to. Basically every iTunes purchase I have made with my NatWest account is showing in Tally as if I’d used them. I’ve had the NatWest fraud team on the phone asking if anyone from Tally has asked me to transfer them money. It’s really really poor. Something not right

Logged in to Tally and all of the iTunes purchases I pay with my main bank are showing up in my account. Wtf are these clowns doing!!! More worrying how do they have this info
