Forget the PREM Stooges deramping, but looking at the volume today and the negative SP, I'm going to hazard aguess that a few extra shares will be added at the end of play today. Almost 1 mill GBP bought against 375k Gbp sold, it has the makings of a fund raise.

It seems some people can't handle the failings of PREM's upper management and believe KOD will fail as a direct result. These two companies have zero connection and are progressing in different directions.

One chose to rush ahead without doing the correct due diligence at each stage and now is suffering the consequence of their actions.

The other is being more calculated, providing strong data to mine, following engineering that is designed to work, and closing out on a very favourable deal.

Deflection is a poor choice of defense and discrediting KOD isn't going to make a difference to the SP drop over at PREM.... which is only just starting.

Even under FM Canmax could terminate the contract, it all depends on the FM Clause which both have agreed to. The fact that Canmax have issued a 90 day notice would indicate that they are acting within Terms & Conditions.

PREM has 90 days to pay back the funds to CANMEX. If they claim Force Majeure then it will get messy. No money in or out, how will they progress to production? I'm surprised it hasn't been suspended... time will tell. They need to produce an RNS.

It could be the end or it could be the beginning, but looking very naughty. No PREM for me.
