a few things:

they are not a "hot" or "fast" moving share, so people not familiar with these infrastructure companies fail to realise it can take months for price movements, thats why the drop is strange

the news on this company has been doom and gloom, the fact that they made profit in on of the toughest markets has not been praised enough

the company had a major board change, this always causes disruption.

facts are, the company has a massive order book, and will only take a few months to right the ship once the new board have cleaned house.

buy shares, sit back and wait, make profit. just takes time.

wonder how long until dividends are back?
now the board has bought share imagine that will be something they want.
and for longer term investors given the hammering of the share price, imagine they will want to make up lose.

its lazy writing and click bait stuff that a lot of publications are doing.
basically they see one article and copy each other to make an echo chamber with the same doom and gloom.
its just the age of news we are in where they force a "big" story.

the fact that this company made profit (even though less than previous years), have massive solid rolling government contracts, and a big pipeline should be what people look at. you invest to see future growth, and with the price down and future growth coming that indicates a rise in share price and dividends coming back.

The fact the BoD (CEO, CFO) bought shares would also mean they will be looking to get dividends back on the table fast as this is a tax free way to increase money in their pockets.

Share so cheap, the city knows this is a safe company, they are making profit and have rolling contracts, BoD buying stocks massive indicator of good health, price going back to what it should. Dividend back on the cards hopefully soon.

can imagine that with the new CEO they put communications on hold while sorting out the new management structure.

They won't protect the NHS
They can lower food standards
They are "reviewing" employment rights.

When do we get the news they are defining the military and then when on is backside selling it off to outside investors cheap?
