At the moment they are trying to justify their £3.2b MCAP.
However until ML issue resolved then the danger of holders that are in profit selling is present.
I'm holding, but have decided to right off this share and will look again later next year to see if improved.

Makes no sense what is happening to Add, their web traffic and app users are up. They are selling so much they had to notify some customers of a days delays because they are moving so much volume.
Asos are in a fantastic position, and very cheap entry point currently.

Hey_arnold, compared to BooHoo, ASOS are a golden share, the issues they faced were the same as everyone, however it appears the high street didn't bounce back by digital fashion retail is still going strong.
Asos web traffic numbers are up in last year, and they are in a fantastic position.
Anyone older than 12 in this country wants clothing for Xmas now days, with ASOS benefiting massively from this.

Hilarious to see the price down, but gave a great chance to buy more.
We are going through the biggest sales period of the year from now to January, and ASOS are one of the largest fashion retail companies in the UK which a large volume of the 20 to 30 market now use as the high street is dead.

Hi Charles, i want it to be higher, but you cant beat facts, and that is that the market will force this much lower as there are still tons of people holding the share at profit that can sell any day.

It looks like 370 is the bottom, the moment any decent size sell its the market this will drop.

Just playing devils advocate, looking at things as they are with revenue, the ML issues, market factors, could this suddenly drop is some other big holders decide to exit with profit if they have a more near term opportunity somewhere else?

the issue this shares faces now is all the people in profit and deciding to exit.
the share churn has been even, as such can see this drift further down in the short term until the legacy holders stop selling

Asos will do very well during this time and make a lot of money.

oh come on, we know what happens with bad news, the markets get driven down by the big boys, thats all is happening.
same story with DT, the only negative thing is ML and this share is getting a kicking for it, however does appear silly and HP are just coming after DT because they have rival tech with HP Wolf.
Just the PR damage that HP can inflict to benefit HP Wolf is a strong reason why they are pushing for this case and keep coming after ML, however based on the publicly available information it appears ML is innocent and the failure of is at the feet of Deloitte and HP.

The world is about to go into lockdown again, and WFH and flexible location will meaning Darktrace products more important than ever.
And the ML situation will go away, it's a civil case that is being pumped by US lawyers making their money, once this gets settled in the next week the price will rocket.

Remove the whole ML question and this will be flying.
We all know that is what is dragging this down, and the hedge funds with peel Hunt have orchestrated a massive short run with this negative or to trash the share and make lots of money.
The instant the ML issue is cleared this will rocket back.

the whole thing is a farce, the US legal system is so profit driven that they will start and run litigation for a lifetime just to make their hourly rate.
Deloitte should be the first port of call for accounting issues as they were the auditors and signed off on the books.
Secondly, whatever executive in HP needs to answer questions on why they did not care out due diligence.
ML is the last on the list.
However it appears that Deloitte and HP are the ones that have failed in their jobs and liable for the misspelling of goods.
if you go to a car garage and the salesmen sells you a lemon you dont blame the manufacturer.

The question is if HP have a legitimate issue. As it stands based in the facts that are public, it does not.

HP screwed up, and while they are trying to sue ML it makes the look good to investors. HP rushed to buy something and did not carry out proper checks and failed to materialize the business acquisition into a revenue stream. We have all seem this happen time and again with silicon valley and big tech.
