As somebody once mentioned over on advfn through their efforts actually picking up the telephone and speaking to various CMRCS, it takes a considerable time with sampling. Not only do these companies want specific granule sized material but the ones that are serious want it sampled across the entire mine site to ensure consistency. This takes considerable effort and time. During the covid pandemic things basically grinded to a halt, yet people had the nerve to blame Patrick without any sense of knowledge of the process even in full working conditions. However, after my recent liasons with several CMRCs I believe they seem to be back on full tilt so...

The average worked out on a royalty basis which is very common with these types of companies and after contacting several CMRCs myself and who were very free in their speak surprisingly, I managed to ascertain the average profit would be between 6-8 dollars a tonne net. 200k tonnes pa would be a reasonable starting figure working towards 500k tonnes pa as stated by Patrick himself. These are the numbers we are talking. This is very doable especially with right CMRC involved, so you are talking for pozzozlan alone circa 1.5mil pa net. Getting a CMRC with own plant for perlite popping and you can treble this with ease. These I believe are Patrick's aims and why he is looking for THE best deal.
Given the current ENTIRE market cap is valued at just slightly over a yearly profit from pozzolan alone currently you can consider it is a steal.

As Sheldrake stated not long ago before a brick hit him on the head, the value in the ground is considerable. At WORST case scenario this will be bought for multiples of the current share price. Add some perlite on top and it would not be uneasonable to see a valuation the 100mil zone. Again I can confirm this is Patrick's intention.

Sepiolite is incredibly interesting in addition. That is going for between 750-1000dollars p/t. I can't say it hasn't been frustrating but I don't think we.wiol be disappointed long term.
