Firstly I've told you before I'm not aviator although I am in his Twitter group which is very good actually. Quite a few of us got out right at the top based on his graph predictions from .34 -.38. He was like enouhh to post them to us and he didn't have to. I believe he bought around 30k worth last month and he seems to be happy of his purchase regardless of the first deal falling. I hardly think you can say he ramps it - he seems perfectly level headed if you ask me. As for me, I only have 7k worth in so far and not a large punter like you lot but that's not the point.

They beauty is at worse case scenario the company will still be cash flow positive to the tune of between 1-1.5mil pa.

The processing plant option is great for perlite because when it's popped it becomes ten times more valuable - Phase 2 aim. Miller's was an option at one time but the plant was too mothballed I think and a no goer.
Phase 1 is easy because as Patrick stated the equipment is cheap to rent. Phase two is where the big money can be made. If we build our own plant though you're talking 13-14million dollars, hence it would be much more sensible for a company of this size to get a nice JV.

That 20k seems to be from a sophisticated type of investor and let's be honest, Shelly is anything but. Great buy as well because they will easily make 50 -60k on that with a little patience.

I had just asked Shelly a genuine question too. I shall repeat. He mentions "time for deal" which seems to be a copy of when the aviator on advfn mentioned after permit which seemed fair enough?!
Why time here now considering the companies have obviously had the product for some time? Remember as stated by Patrick it was them that were pressing with their interest when the original CMRC was mucking about! I don't see a large time factor here at all.
