These news are putting synairgen in the spotlight and will now bring a lot more investors in... if you think this is bad news than sell tomorrow. I think we will all be surprised about how SP is going to move. Now a lot more ii and pi s are looking at sng, and we have a floor at 175... with tenfold cash capacity to execute and produce... im more than happy about these news!

Those who will invest in the placing are looking for 10x or more returns... calm down with the negativity, this is great news and will propell the company to new highs in the mid term

this is fantastic news imo and had a feeling this was going to happen... not exactly happy about the set price but we cant have everything... you need some kind of incentive to raise 80m so quickly, which is expected to happen by october 19th as per what i read/understood...
this will put the company in another league... and will get the attention of more institutional investors with connections etc...

i started this thread and in no way it is my intention to drive the price lowe (i am maxed out)...
i definitely would see a placing as a positive signal and think it would make sense given the scale of the issue sng is trying to solve... with 10m in the bank they will not go much further than a few hundred thousands treatments... obviously govt funding or big pharma deals are not out of question either...

Kenneth - Yes it is a dilution as new shares are being issued at a certain price... which would dilute us all... but again, as richer said, i think a placing would be a very bullish signal for synairgen...

why would numis issue a broker note so quickly when they havent for other clients like novacyt (saw an article questioning why they went so quick for sng but havent issued one yet for ncyt)... leads me to think they re actively looking to source funds for a placing, which will be helped by a broker note with bullish forecasts... wouldnt be surprised to hear a 50M + placing in the coming weeks to scale up production.
