I like to think it's tree shake, but the sell prices don't suppoprt that view.

Firstly can I thank you for your detailed input.

The market is scared (as indeed am I) that the license renewal may not happen. Or given the change in demand and price of Cu and AU the government may alter significantly the terms of renewal.

Still too open ended, the market hates uncertainty.

Mankayan is now the jewel in the crown.

But....... The license is due for renewal later this year. If it is renewed the SP will fly. Else very bad!!!

But Goldin--- You don't need an additional broker for a placement?

Could they be appointed to negotiate or indeed repel a bid from Newcrest?

I have said it before and will repeat.
Newcrest a multi billion $ market cap Co, Have an urgent need to supply Telfer processing plant. They have a JV with GGP for a known high grade and tonnage asset Haveiron. They know Golieth has great potential (yet to be proved).

GGP is almost sure to be taken over in the next six months.

DYOR it's just my opinion

Not withstanding that Newcrest a 26billion MC company could swallow up GGP with the cash that has fallen down the back of a chair in the board room.

Not quite my understanding... The political atmosphere in the Philipines became very anti mining. To thjrow mare money at the deal was very risky. The deal time frame has lapsed but the political situation has improvee dramatically.

The asset could be sold at a much higher premium now. Or BZT could exploit it themselves or byJV

Potentialy very good news to share holders.

My guess for what it is worth, is that as the industrial world awakens from the Covid pandemic coupled with the massive rise in Cu and Au (and other minerals). The big boys Rio, BHP etc will go on an aquisition spluge.

I agree with your analysis entirely. Elisabeth Henson I fear will line up key clients to buy at very very cheap rate.

I massive dilution is therefore inevitable. And as you so eloquently point out it will happen very soon.

What results are we expecting? I can't find any such reference.
