That they weren't seeing signs of AVA6000 being sufficiently therapeutically effective as a drug compared to Standard Doxorubicin. It's clearly different. It's a big red flag.

It was a safety trial showing responses in pre-treated patients as you well know but the RNS on the 16th Jan stated

Although these data are reported early in the treatment course of most patients, it is notable that six patients (of the 10 patients with SGC), including all five responders, remain on treatment and a further two patients remain in progression-free follow-up after having received the maximum number of cycles of AVA6000. Only one patient has reported disease progression as best response resulting in the disease control rate of 90% in this group of patients with salivary gland cancers.

The next data will be from patients specifically enrolled on indications so I am surprised they sold but as stated BG have set parameters to follow. If the data is rubbish next time round you can probably crow from the rooftops as i expect you would while hollering "I told you so"

Well they told us about these in the RNS 16th Jan so what is embargoed that is deemed of High scientific priority ?

Well you have to hold for the AACR embargoed poster at least and that will be on the AACR web site at 6pm Friday with a bit of luck.

BV no one is really bothered about any other company as we have enough concerns about this one.
