I want the company to raise immediately if they don't have any other avenue secured, 200m @ 25 p would be fine by me (even 20p) to raise £50m. If only to shut certain posters up, the company would then have enough cash to plough on and prove up AVA 6 K P2 and P1 AVA 6103. The fact I would buy another £20k immediately is irrelevant, I truely believe in the science and if its not proven up by 2027 it never will be so all what you have invested will be irrelevant anyway. If AVA is what we think it is the pie is absolutely enormous

Thorn shorting and buying are two very different things. Buying is where you actually pay for shares but Shorting is undertaken by borrowing shares and selling into the market , so you dont need the same amount of money to undertake the practice. Manipulation is easier to undertake while shorting

McMuff stop being so hysterical. We are all in the same boat I'm afraid and it's painful to say the least but there isn't anything we can do at this time. The sp will do what it does and if it's so disturbing sell what you have and leave. Reading your witterings doesn't help and only compounds the issue.

Looking at the trades i would say myself that it's an effort by toothless Tom and his minions to drag the sp lower.

Normally the city know weeks and weeks before if there were to be a raise or there is a deal in the offing but Nothing not a smidgen!!!

I do agree McNuff if nothing is forthcoming simon needs to be disposed of and CC sent back to the lab but it won't help the dilemma Avacta are in. The AGM is going to be a blast if nothing is done.

D-G I have a hell of a lot more shares than that and underwater by a lot more but I have another £20k sitting on the sidelines at the moment just waiting to see what happens. Oh and Nvidia have paid for all the share and i waited nearly 7 years there. So within another 2 years I believe this will be far more lucrative than Nvidia.

@codejunkie. Avacta need cash shortly and unless its by a partnership the other answer is a raise as I posted earlier 200m shares @ 25 p raises £50 m. That amount would take Avacta through to Q1 27 with AVA 6K well into P2 and AVA 6103 well into P1 and Avacta own 100% of the IP . If it does as it says on the tin Avacta will be worth many many billions and approx 600m shares in circulation. £6 billion is £10 / share and my calculator doesnt fit all the 0 on that i think its worth.

Or as you prefer no dilution, how does that work

We need £50 m and I they can find someone @ 25p that 200m shares. If PreCision does what it says you won't worry about dilution
