WHAT 4 month delay is that as i cannot remember a finishing date ever being given. IF a date had been given you have cause for complaint but otherwise they have told you everything they need to.

The BOD have explained every move they have made , WHAT exactly do you want them to tell you ?
The complexities that are obviously involved are beyond me even guessing but the fact DLPiper & UBS are still involved allays any worries I have. Plus I would prefer a no deal and mine ourselves, so as I said what will be will be.

Just a thought Crusty the number of shares they would issue is approx 250 million. What if they knew that the shares were about to be worth £3. = £750 mill. Just a thought

9 months x 2 mill cash burn = 18 mill
38 mill in bank - 18 mill cash burn .
Remember this is approximate, my answer is 20 mill.

I would assume that both avacta / mologic are presently furiously working on the next gen text to improve the S/S ( I know we havent produced a test to sell yet but just imagine) . When the present test is commercialised and shows proven reliability that is when the PCR will start to take a back seat altogether, particularly in the travel / hospitality industry.
As I have said before speed of results is now the holy grail and that isnt PCR.

My head is starting to clear at last after the weekend merriments and although very sunny outside there seems to be a very frosty feeling inside when the wifey stares at me. She seems to have a bigger hump than Septic at the moment and i am sure i will find out why when she starts speaking to me again.

Basically I would the EUA board to sell assets (whichever) to the sum of 2. 5 B lob 1.5 B our way in the form of a divi 50p ? keep 1 B and crack on in the JV with Rosgeo and the 104m ounces. We all get wads of cash , 1 b in the bank so no raise, SP goes up from here not crashing. 1 Bill should be enough to see us through to very profitable mining in 2 years with might i add a fecking great divi every year (70-80 p)

Now that Avacta have produced the Gold Standard LFT what are peoples thoughts on new targets/innovations of the LFT which I am sure Avacta are already working on. My new holy grail would be the speed with which the results appear , if this could be brought down to 1-2 min or even 5min timescale this would really open up the travel / hospitality industries.
Obviously a Covid neutralising affimer brewed up would be No 1 but i am being very selfish in the fact I like to travel extensively and missing my holidays/ football is beginning to pish me off.

PP - probably because someone has sold 1 share. The mms are taking the pish altogether now but nothing can be done

What do you think will happen if no CV/CE forthcoming before IP? I have stated mine and whatever happens I will not be selling a single share for a long long time.
Avacta have huge potential but there is a potential downside coming within the next couple of days and trying to deny that is foolish

It is time for AS to do just that and IMHO if there is no CV / CE before the IP not only will the SP take a severe hit (Not sure to where) but he himself will suffer reputational damage. Heaven knows what rabbit he will pull out of the bag if that is the case but it will have to be a big hat with a rather big rabbit stuffed in it.
After saying all that I still think Avacta have huge potential short term in the diagnostics and far greater potential medium to long term with the therapeutics.

As most say "another day closer" to what I believe will be the catalyst to exciting news . The EGM.
Whilst we are still guessing at all the unknowns and furiously pressing the calculator buttons I believe the BOD already know the final move in what seems to be an epic game of chess.
That move will be revealed shortly after the EGM so ignore all the naysayers and the noise and prepare for what should be a monumental RNS.
However monumental it is it will be tinged with sadness as the Mighty Blades have finally succumbed to the inevitable. While I have witnessed many of these occasions it still hurts.
