If as mine are held in my ISA the dividend will be paid INTO the ISA where you may decide what you do with them and it WILL be CASH. There is NO tax to pay whatsoever.
The same is to be said for a SIPP , the only drawback with that is that you pay TAX on any drawdowns you have after 25%

If its one thing this share has taught me it is patience, obviously nothing happening at the moment so i will continue to cut my lawn with a pair of nail scissors. Hopefully we conclude soon otherwise its paint the house with a 1/2 " Brush .

Timster quick Q as a total novice regarding Nasdaq ,it appears the US value biotech more highly so if Avacta are listed there at what price would the listing be set , would it be the same as the uk ie presently 250p / $3 and dilution as i assume the new listing shares will be in addition to the uk

Exactly which RNS are you referring to ?
My assumption is the Rosgeo JV on the 26th March when the SP was 28p so we are at 25p now that seems more like 11%
Oh and by the way on May 5th 2020 the SP was 7.2p so thats approx 350 % increase so whats your problem ?
