BAE are trying to work around the German ban by making those banned parts through another partner. The ban though will put a stop to Germany being involved in fuure projects.

DId RR shares rise on the expectation of Dubai airshow eing good Yes
HAve RR shares been steadily rising for the 28th? yes and No.
Have RR shares bene rising on brokers notes? Yes and no.
EverythingI read tells me that RR is being vastly under rated based on past performance, but rr has been turning around like a large tanker out to sea. It takes time and it beene a while but the 28th will confirm that we are heading to land quicker than most believe so I can now see 275-300p by years end.
The Turkish order has been known about for months now I have been updating this board with the THY and THAI orders regularly for weeks. My guess is that finally the 'commission' funds have been put into place. THAI are no doubt still working on it.
I opened up this page and became excited at the nuber of new posts! Surely a sign of a huge Sunday paper news??
Alas no! Just some brainless idiot who has no idea. sThe board is about RR and its engines plus other related aspects. The only bird that affects RR was when the apprentice threw a 12 pound Turkey into tthe test engine destroying the engine because he in't defrost it....No that didn't happen either.
RR hasn't announced the sale to emirates or at least I;ve not seen anything yet. i'm wondering if Airbus has given a gaurantee to EK that they wil pay the current differemce in price?
RE: Ethiopian orders 11 Airbus A350 jets15 Nov 2023 14:08
Emirates need the A350 more than tufan needs to sell engines. I posted last week the record profits Emirates had made in the last quarter. Boeing simply cannot produce enough aircraft to match their growth plans. So they have to buy the A350 Its becoming clearer that Tufan has got the package about right. Egyptair accepted the price for 10 and now Ethiopian has settled on 11 A350. SO the latest pricing is about right.
Emirates though likes to screw a little more. The issues they have can be sorted and any contract will have a clause that if performance fails etc then the order is delayed etc. Airbus might lower the price and give the money to RR etc who knows?
what we do know is that Emirates loves to announce orders at the Dubai airshow thus making Dubai look good and more press etc. Airbus wants to announce more sales than Boeing and has reserved a new press conference tomorrow.
RR has Emirates and Turkish wanting to place mega orders which Airbus want to announce at the show and so does RR. These deals have been going on for months and the pressure to announce at a show is immense.
I'm hoping both announce tomorrow and we hit 250p+.
