IMO 10p a shares is grossely overvalueing the company especially in the present market. Stating revenues is all well and good however EBITA loss 19.1m 2018 EBITA loss 10.7m 2019 .....with the disruption of the sales happening with present situation covid-19 there is a high probability of further EBITA loss for 2020 (if present situation continues which is an unknown and a risk which needs to be taken into account) EVE is fortunate enough to have a cash position of approx £8m, grace of a placing, this could very well be significantly lower by end of year if present climate continues. Efforts have been made to reduce overheads but they will still be significant. If all goes well and we get through the present covid crisis in good time there is a fair possibility the company will see some form of turn around, not to the tune of 5-10p a share IMO, a fairer value would be 2/2.5p however there are still alot of risks in present market conditions, add to that mattresses are a highly competitive market. I suggest people do the research and read the latest trading update in full contained in rns .
make u right jbe81 re placing ORR, ORM so undervalued at moment, need some news, don't expect any massive rise in this market but 50% from here should be doable quite easily.
Mr Market does not always get it right, that is why news can rerate a share that was seen as a no hoper, as for hedgehog I see that he makes a fair case, I am a holder and can see the changes made to BOD will deliver postively and expect the market to react accordingly to any forthcoming news. With all respect to any longterm holders at higher prices than we are the present sp present significant value, obvioulsy do your own research. There is a massive divergence between cash and assets and market cap, this will change to the upside I am sure. GL to holders
I see the appointments of Tim Livesey (geologist) good track record and with ORR and Richard Brown (Chartered acountant) as extremely positive, Ormond already have Paul Carroll (Certified accountant) and Fraser Gardner (geologist)..... why double up? unless there is some tie up between orr and orm, failing a tie up there would be a very strong board for anything else they have in mind, some revenue would be good so wages are covered. All looks positive from here, cash in bank is very reassuring.
pretty much low volume elsewhere today except for a selected few, very pleased with both RNS today, as you state will probably make the move up on the back of the news in a day or 2, or week or 2 if luck against us, can see it holding the uptrend from here.
quiet on this BB, that can be taken as a good sign, news should be forthcoming very soon, any day probably, odds are it should be decent and then we will see alot more chatter, sp could be 1p plus by then, take your pick, in now or wait for the higher price, all very much in my opinion, do your own research, most chat going on on twitter re potential.
the way trading is going it could be seen as though a placing is being pre sold into the rise, however I have put my concerns out there and most see it differently and I am going with my conviction of a decent run up from here, AIM can deliver some unexpected blows sometimes, think we will be OK here, "famous last words" ..........should be a great junior gold play
where is the stock coming from to supply these buys, any ideas?? I am holding here and feel pretty confident with future, however we all have to be prepared for the unexpected on AIM, not trying to cause doubt but just being cautious.
great start to New Year for us holders, pleased Woodstock had the courage to buy back in, would have been awfull to see this rise and have been out, also good posting from Y-Alam. Still great value even at 7p IMO
RNS all positives, well done to all, 2020 will be the year,
another decent rns to add to previous, think we are definately undervalued here by the market, will correct soon enough, normally when least expected. Patience will reward here IMO
a little off subject, but your mention of 50 years reminds myself something similar, what with Harland and Wolf being bought this morning, that was the first share I ever bought around 50 years ago. Blimey that long ago. GL matey
'The added focus is expected to lead to significantly larger development deals' as mentioned in RNs, this will be transformational in terms of revenue, opnion appears to be on the side of this happening sooner rather than later, BOD already successful in getting the deals done and projects underway, as previously said what is not to like here, very bullish IMO
RNS (Final Results) on Friday, looks fine to me, no real surprises, however further confirmation of University developments as forward projects in discussion stage which will be the real game changer, I can see news coming on that front earlier than expected, overall results as epected, the sells following rns would appear a knee jerk reaction to loss showing in results, probably never took into account post results info. BOD doing a good job and will reward shareholders well I feel sure on what they have acheived so far. Those who bought on friday post rns then well done!
not sure I understand the small buys that are taking place, the sp is responding and moving up whatever their purpose, this morning has started off with small buy at .75p. Pleased with the rns this morning, jv for geocurve looks good and looks to be revenue enhancing from the start. Still believe Gyrometrics will be the game changer however. we are still at only £3m m/c, can see sp breaking 1p in near future which will put us still at under £5m mc. Good future ahead IMO
all buys so far today, they were all buys on friday except for one trade, news update would be well received IMO
