Good to hear the cost cutting is saving us 000,000’s pa. Strategy evolving too. Some sensible decisions from Callum.
LOL! In the pub?? So unlike you! It's worth a listen. Some good stuff on there. Callum very critical of past management and errors. Clean broom scenario.
Non trolls, what did you think of the online meeting with Callum and Trevor?
Conrad. Guess it depends on your long term thoughts on the company. 2p is a nice discount on compared to 2.6p. Difference of 11,500 shares from a £1000 investment.
Yes Simon. You get 6 shares for 12p. 1 share you get immediately and the other 5 on approval of prospectus.
Conrad, no only 1/6 of the shares (so 3000 in your scenario) would be added immediately. The other 15000 would be latest May 2024 or before once criteria satisfied which I believe is the release of a prospectus
I believe the open offer is to give existing shareholders who missed out on the recent raise the opportunity to buy at the same price that was on offer with this raise. Potentially offered because existing shareholders complained they never got the opportunity before. You are buying at 2p not 12p.
First time back looking at this cesspit for a while and nothing changes hey! At least the market today doesn't so far share the trolls POV. Good luck Callum. Chatted to him on a couple of occasions and seems like he has some great ideas and plans for the future. Already got an interview booked in so will be interesting listening.
See you all in another few months.
One of Tom’s crew that got rumbled on Twitter re a different share, admitting he’s a paid TW at troll. Lol!! If trolling is your level then brains aren’t going to be your strong point.
Difference is Antha, I’ve been critical of the company too and called them out lots of times but overall I think they are really building something here. I admit it’s changed from Zoetic to Chill.com but I can see the positives of building a brand around the chill name.
You on the other hand only ever come on here with your usual buIIs hit negative post after post. Makes you wonder why you bother???? Oh yeah, you’re a sad little troll.
Ignoring trolls is also very important. Ask yourself why a complete anonymous poster pesters bulletin boards with negativity?? It’s not out of the kindness from their hearts as there don’t have one of those!
35% in 5 days? I feel a TW at report is due that will get zero likes on Twitter but maybe an honourable mention from Nobbie
Good day!
There’s always one lol
Anyone who is positive about the company is a ramper VP, you know that. You might even be part of the crew!!!
Anyone who is constantly negative is here for the greater good though and never filling the board up with SHlT for nefarious objects.
Partially agree DRB as we don't know the costs, but the robotics warehouses are what has helped thousands of companies sell products through Amazon warehouses reducing warehousing staff and other logistics staff costs massively. Fabric see themselves as a competitor to that model. Also as we don't know the cost, why do you think it would be more expensive then having say our own warehousing and distribution via DHL or US Postal, etc?
Sales wise we are obviously still in the unknown as it seems evidence (and of course makes perfect business sense) to get your supply chain in place before any massive push on marketing products. As said before, no point having sales you can't fulfill or are slow getting them to the client - just look at the trouble they've been having getting gummies over to this side of the Atlantic, it doesn't make for happy customers.
*no big problem
Increasing production runs is no bid problem Uni. And more importantly cost effective. No need for quality to be compromised whatsoever.
Fair point, it does mention Fabric as being used to supply the retail too so using them to keep the stores supplied well with stock is another benefit. A lot more effective I would have thought that arranging ourselves so minimal warehouse, logistics staff for Chill to pay a monthly wage to!
