Good luck proving in a court of law that posts on a chat forum between anonymous usernames are a direct result of loss of earnings. Libel/slander is a ludicrous assertion but not the first time Ophidian has wheeled it out in a lame attempt to disguise his guilt.

Ophidian has a dislike of me because I outed him. Fact is, he was caught trying to leverage his reputation by using TA to get holders of #BMN to buy stock while he was simultaneously selling it. When confronted he chad no explanation and ran off like a coward rarely to be seen again. It's common knowledge what the snake was up to.

Unlike him, I don't trade shares - I hold long term and I don't try to deceive people out of money, which is what all TA traders do, particularly Ophidian with his bull**** Elliot Wave Theory which has been laughably innaccurate.

All these TA traders must be millionaires. Fact is, none of them are. How many times you been to a casino and some jerk tells you they have a system? They actually believe it too. Only serious investors make serious money - there are no shortcuts.

Technical analysis is trading for dummies. Technology has democratised share trading so you have people treating it like a casino - that's why you see these wild daily swings.

You'd think Friday's RNS would be a warning not to trade this share, but no. The stupidity is breathtaking.

It's possible that BMN has a verbal agreement with Acacia/Duferco to make sure they dump all shares prior to the inevitable announcement of the Eskom BESS tender in July.

With all due respect prussell1963, the reason for the drop is obvious - there are a couple of IIs selling off millions of shares over a protracted period. When that period ends, which could be tomorrow for all we know, you can expect a rerate similar to the 140% increase we saw the last time an II ran out of stock to sell.

I'm fully behind FM. The company has been ramped to buggery by people on here and caused shareholder frustation - not his fault. Comms are awful but as BBN points out the underlying strategy remains solid as ever. Holders need to be more realistic and not led on by pie-in-the-sky valuations before they've occurred. Comms need to improve - BMN needs a marketing director. Let FM focus on what he's good at.

FM's done a great job for the most part, but BMN seriously needs someone with a bit of marketing savvy to simplify the message/strategy and make it more attractive. It's not like story isn't appealing, because it is.

That investor call was a load of boring twaddle - no one's going to invest based on that. It's 2021, play the AIM game or get off it.

Change the BOD? I don't think so, but something needs to change. FM has defended Mikael on socials and spoken about all the progress BMN is making, problem is, they're the only ones getting rewarded. They get a nice salary and bonus shares - investors get sweet FA.

We're suffering because of the bad investment partners they brought on board, most of which have sold out. A necessary evil? Perhaps. When the selling stops this should rise organically and we'll hopefully start seeing a pathway to increasingly positive news flow. If that doesn't happen over the next 12 months, something more than complaining on a bulletin board needs to be done about it.
