I think 8.25 is a cheap deal. This should be well above 10
Great find, Doggo. Many thanks
I added at 14.38pm. I took NT and it took about 15 mins to go through. They are clearly short of shares at the moment
When Ed spoke recently of a new investment very soon, could this be it https://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/news/AN_1621405674422869400/oxford-cannabinoid-technologies-to-float-on-london-main-market-.aspx
To be fair I think that Ed does more interviews than most CEOs.
Hi Lewis. That is a reasonable question. IMG Arena own about 25% of Leap Gaming, and Endevour is the parent company of IMG Arena. Many here, myself included, expect IMG Arena to buy out FFWDs shareholding in Leap. Leap have been doing a lot of work with IMG Arena over the last year, and IMG Arena pretty much considers Leap virtual sports to be part of its offer. See https://www.imgarena.com/products/virtuals and https://www.imgarena.com/Virtuals-Fan
Given that their order book has already passed 6m for this year, I am expecting a very positive statement

I am excited to see results and plans on Monday. Now at multi year highs and I expect them to pass 2007all time high soon
For me, it is pretty much down to the sale/IPO price of LEAP. I can wait a little while longer. It was clear from the Lorne Weil video just how much of an impact virtual and online has had on Inspired last year and also for the direction he is now taking it.
If anyone has any doubt about how the virtual sports and online games of Leap Gaming are going to change the value of FFWD, take a look at this October 2020 interview. Lorne Weil talks about how these products have transformed his business. If you want to hear them talk about valuations then jump to 15.45

I wonder what the market share of Leap Gaming is? Is 10% a conservative guess?
Typically 6-7x 2022 revenues but can be anything up to 18x. It depends on many factors. For example, If a company is consistently showing a 75-100% + year on year revenue increase I’d expect to see higher a minimum 7x.
