Gooner. Gaming Realms are on AIM in the same gaming area. They are expected to show a net profit of £1.3m for 2021 according to stockopedia and today have a market cap of £112m. If Leap can do EBITDA of $2m with good ongoing growth, then we should all be happy

I saw the tweet before it was deleted. Thank you, it is encouraging to see a confirmation of your assertion that payment will eventually be made to shareholders. However, who said this? The link was a statement with no reference.
This evening Inveniam confirmed that they have bought Factom blockchain, including its 40 patents https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/inveniam-capital-partners-acquires-factom-inc-301346248.html
SEED own 30% of Factom but have it listed at zero value on its NAV. Does anyone here have any idea what the value of Factom could be? As, on the SEED board, we have no idea.
Ed joined the board of Leap in December 2020 for the purpose of taking them to IPO. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5sSQKc_mcF0 A couple of months ago he said he expects the IPO or a sale to be in Q3 this year. I think that it will be a sale to IMG Arena, given their existing shareholding in Leap and how close the 2 companies work together. Leap even use the IMG Arena address as their UK address https://leap-gaming.com/contact-us/
Whoever is right, I hope we all do well. This is certainly not a time to sell
I think it may well be SEED. Given that Yooma is such an important investment for SEED, I would have expected them to participate in the placing, and to have put out their own RNS confirming this. However, it is possible that there was no RNS because they have not completed any purchase of placement shares YET, and they are the strategic investor. They fit the bill as an investor without sufficient funds today, but with sufficient funds before September 21. This may all just be wishful thinking on my part.

Looks as though there will be a lot of news coming from them in the coming weeks
Fatman agreed. It is impossible for us to really know. However, to me, it was reassuring to hear him say that he expects the valuation to be more than £50m. An aim company in online games is Gaming Realms. I recall that Leap was growing more quickly than them in 2020 (Rns June 2020), and both companies spoke of both being near to turning a profit at the end of 2020 (Though neither have).
From Linked In, I see that Leap is consistently taking on more staff, with numbers increasing 20% over the last 6 months to 42. But Gaming Realms, with a headcount of 34, reduced staff numbers by 11% over the last 6 months. I do appreciate that not all staff will be on Linked In, and also that they are not direct competitors, but I think it is a useful indicator.
Gaming Realms are valued now at £108m. If Leap can reach a value of £50m, I will be delighted, but hope it may be more.
https://inveniam.io/team/ looks a pretty big company. Let's hope they paid a decent price for Factom

I do not think this is going to IPO. Ed McDermott joined the board of Leap back in December to take it to a sale or IPO. IMG Arena also have a manager on the board of Leap. IMG Arena always refer to the Leap virtual and games as the IMG virtuals and games. Leap even use the IMG Arena address for their contact information. https://leap-gaming.com/contact-us/
I may be wrong, but I believe this deal is done and is coming soon. On Friday FFWD are to rebrand as a pure cannabis play
On the Leap gaming website. Their London office address is that of IMG Arena https://leap-gaming.com/contact-us/
