I am coming to the conclusion that when Keith says something positive "will" happen then he means it "might" happen.

When he says something negative "might" happen then he means it "will" happen.

Therefore, from his interview yesterday I take it that there will be a fund raise, and there will be a take over.

The fact that he acknowledged a possible buyout indicates that it certainly can be done, hopefully not based on these prices.

As far as I am aware nobody has commercially processed lithium from Zinnwaldite before. EMH claim they have cracked it, however I expect that scaling up will not be entirely smooth but I am confident that EMH will get there. The significant thing is that zinnwaldite will require its own tailored processing plant and cannot just be sent offsite to standard plants around the world.

Funnily enough, two projects that were specifically mentioned by the EU Commission yesterday.

Vulcan is down and Greenland Resources is up.

I am not an expert but having read about the problems with the Salton Sea project in the USA I have my doubts about Vulcan dealing with hot saline solutions from 2 kilometres underground.

Because a few people like Lucky Laurie and Homer1234 are trying to shut down anything negative. At the moment we have a board with pros and cons. They will continue with their contribution of insults and slurs till we end up with one of those boards you find for some USA shares where people just post "To the moon" and get 100 likes.

By the way having a go at people for pointing out that we have had a string of DFS dates over many years, that all turned out to be BS, is shooting the messenger, the responsibility for the BS is elsewhere. Some people need to focus harder.

Just to be clear, I bought more shares over each of the last three trading days. A DFS finally arriving would be one concrete step. The EU might want the mine to happen but there are still risks ahead, such as opposition from local communities and licensing hurdles.

By the way my warning about press articles and AI articles was not meant to disparage this specific article, which is indeed a great report, just a warning about general investment reporting which is often of poor quality and even in some cases misleading.

A good investor should be able to explain the investment case for their investment including being able to make the case for the investment and the case against. They should be aware of the opportunities but also the the risks. It is never just good news and opportunity.

Some people are running ahead somewhat based on news that has not actually happened yet. Some people are predicting price rises that are being made out of hopium. Stand by for articles to appear in the press. Such articles inspired my unfortunate investment in Bacanora many years ago LOL. Nowadays we will likely get AI slop articles.

Personally I have held for many years at an average price of 40p. But I bought more shares yesterday. Personally I am hoping for a price rise over the next few weeks to 75p or maybe over £1. This looks like the pre-eminent lithium source in Europe with a huge upside. If it was in the USA it would be worth more, but in Europe we are relying on the Czech government, the EU and Keith. But I don't know I guess we will find out. DYOR.

Usually a raise of funds is done after some good news, so that the maximum amount of funds can be raised. However if there is no good news then I am sure that top of Keith's ToDo list will be to make sure he gets paid.

Sporazine; On your point 4. I note that Trump is pro ICE but that has not stopped him pushing ahead with the loan to LAC and even taking a share of the company, so I do not expect a problem in that respect.

Greenmamachine67 I was thinking about what you said and it is arguable that I am being unfair on Keith and the EMH management and just flagging up the negatives. How about you put the positive case and list all their achievements that we should be happy about.

I think that any dreams of a ten bagger are looking unlikely. However I would be very happy if your figure came good. One of my long term concerns is that EMH and CEZ look to be on course to miss the peak of the next lithium cycle upswing. My second long term concern is when we get all these announcements that a mine has enough product for 40 years or 60 years, who cares! The lithium market is very much at the mercy of the battery market and it seems to many that it is only a matter of time before something arrives to, if not totally replace, at least to majorly challenge lithium. Perhaps something like the CATL Naxtra. So I would not want to be holding this in 3 or 4 years.

I appreciate your position, but people who experienced the Bacanora debacle are concerned that the same playbook could be rolled out again. Especially since some of the board have prior form.

Yes, on paper it is a great resource - tick. Yes it is backed by the Czech government - tick.

This is why many of us got into EMH in the first place. They may get to the production stage and shareholders may be well rewarded. Europe certainly needs local lithium resources and I cannot see why it won't be developed. The question is how long, and will EMH investors still be involved when the mine starts producing or will we be pushed out.

Maybe some rely on belief or faith but my faith in management is gone. I do not blame them for the fact that lithium prices have been at the low point of the commodity cycle, and hence the share price is lower than we might like. But rather than just believing I want to see what actual concrete developments happen. Anyway the next two months should be interesting. And no I am not willing to sell and move on, at this stage the potential upside is far more than the potential downside for me.

Oh OK so they are not deadlines or promises they are "projections". So these "projections" have been going on for 8 years, or is it longer? I am sure somebody knows. But I would flag up two things.

First 8 years of talking and projections and still no DFS is BS.

Second, of course there will be slippages and problems cropping up, everybody understands that in resource mining. But other companies (such as LAC and LAR) get stuff done and inform shareholders when targets are missed. So like it or not when you compare EMH management with other peers they are poor.

An old investing saying "You can have the best resource in the world, you can have the best invention in the world, but if the management is the worst in the world then the value is nil."

BCN was sold to Ganfeng. That is clearly not going to happen. So who could the likely buyers be other than CEZ? Possibly some big fish like Albemarle or Pilbara? Now would be the time to buy while at the bottom of the lithium cycle, great bargain for the buyer, great payout for Keith, only losers would be the mug shareholders - like me.

well most entertaining to see how some commentators, who insulted skelly and looked forward to the dfs, are now posting that it doesn’t really matter, or even that somehow it is a good thing (there is a term for this kind of circular logic).

we can speculate, or guess, on the progress of the dfs, but what is a fact is that yet another keith target date has been shown to be ball****s. he promises progress timelines then does not even acknowledge when he misses them (yet again).

i felt compelled to post for the first time today.

my worst lithium investment was bacanora where the board just seemed to sit on their bums, taking a salary while doing the minimum and waiting for a buyout. so far the story for emh seems to be going the same way. lack of engagement with investors, broken promises, little sign of actual progress. and yes they are the junior partner to cez but that does not explain why keith feels the need to throw away all credibility with failed promises. his lack of engagement seems to show a low regard for the investors. i am so underwater with this stock that there is nothing to do but hang on and hope for a miracle.

fortunately my main lithium investments with lac and lar have competent management that get stuff done and do what they promise.
