We might find out their plan is the comings weeks, I’m expecting 2 RNSs in quick succession , I think they are just waiting for updated MRE to be finished ( maybe next week) announce AGM then very quickly after RNS updated MRE and hopefully $3m from LRC .

Had a thought on another angle. could the board have instructed RPG not to complete/ publish in order to suspend SP while negotiations are ongoing with 79 group. Would stop any major fluctuations on Speculation / leaks. I notice that they are both Northwest based not far from each other as the crow flies . Just pondering while the boredom continues.

From the RNs “The Company's auditor, Royce Peeling Green Limited ("RPG"), has advised the Company that the audit process is near completion however it could not be finalised by the 30 April 2024 deadline.”

My own thought is it might be to do with previous financial adviser , ( see Jan 24 RNS) Don’t quote me as I can’t find it but I seem to remember changed as poor advice from previous adviser around allocation of shares, anyway something needs to happen soon as current share loan deals run out 30th June and need AGM to allocate replacement shares

Agreed, after nearly 6 weeks its beginning to look more like auditors found something and can't sign off as opposed to just ran out of time to finalise audit. We need to update to give shareholders an idea of what we're dealing with delay or something more?

Get what your saying SQ and you make a lot of valid points, only caveat in my opinion is, as the worlds 4th largest importer of Li the US is getting very conscious of the need for resilience and it’s that , that might stand BHl in good stead. The current/ future political landscape may well decide which way this heads

I'm a bit worried we do get the next payment of $3m as last time we got news of $2.5m paid the SP dropped within a month from 2.5p to 1.6p

It would seem at 3 weeks late and counting, that RPG were not as near finalising the audited accounts as was hinted in the RNS.

Good looking drill results and plans, thickest clays in Basin north are now roughly 3 x times Basin East and still open North and West .This seems to be on nobodies radar, considering they are now very likely to add nearly half the MC in cash to the balance sheet next month and with the cash from the fraud case that is £2.5M and not even a blip on the SP , still just above 52 week low ???

Another 240k back in the bank at least. By my calculations based on previous campaigns I’m expecting MRE on week commencing 10th June. They do seem to be keeping this drill campaign cards close to their chest ?

Maybe but doesn't reflect well on Royce Peeling Green Limited as this is the first financial year after appointment (RNS Feb 23)

I wouldn't say FCM is exactly a complicated financial structure to audit. Maybe that was the reason for the meeting in Toronto, scoping out a new auditor ?
