I then went to a backerei and asked for a roll ohne ei, which of course was presented mit ei. agreed about poor communication. I, like many others, have had to search alles uber dem platz for information about the SOA and the court case. And clearly the judge was unimpressed too. But, once they take on board the gravity of the situation and get an approved (FCA) plan together, then we should be able to go forth again.

My current concern is the sp being back to start of year levels...I assume that JPM are still in?

So it appears that the Board are working on another option. It's a shame that they had to say to the Judge that it was SOA1 or nothing, but that is in the past. The main thing now is that we get SOA 2over the line and approved. As I mentioned before, we are not in an illegal business and there is a viable market out there. However, it will be more expensive and of course and this will be reflected in future rewards.
