It's a difficult one to call...all the buys are being mopped up with no upward move. However the Bid is so close to the Ask that would that suggest a large seller...after all, why would MMs want more shares if they're aware of a major dump of stock?

having been in situations like this before, I agree with you that the trend is south, at least until the there is news that arrests the development.
