I have ben reading the FCA webiste, link attached...https://www.fca.org.uk/firms/high-cost-credit-consumer-credit and they are rightly attempting to protect. or at least ease the debt burden off consumers. I go back to a previous point, and one that you have made, in that tell AMGO what they want and allow our Board to come up with an amicable solution. After all, we are in a legitimate and legal business and not dealing in illicit substances, or the like.

A few years ago I left a great organisation, but there were those in there who abused their rank. They were the ones who could refuse your work and say.."not good enough". Show again. I, like everyone else asked "but what do you need". "Not that" was often the reply.

Years later I still have nightmares about certain behavioural traits of these people. I suppose you could say that rather than offering assistance they were acting as bullies who revelled in their power.

Now some have said that the FCA are regulators and need not get involved in the weeds. Fair enough..but what do they want? All I can see so far are bullying tactics, especially as AMGO in various official statements, have mentioned working with or gaining the FCAs approval. I hope that a grown up, or two, somewhere will realise that the FCA are behaving in an off hand and petulant manner and are adding little value to this situation and need to be informed that they cannot behave in such a manner. Having served around the world, I am fully aware that us Brits stand out when it comes to fairness, clarity and compromise.

Baz...and that is the issue. The lack of consultation between ALL and the silly FCA, defies belief, especially as Maria Darby Walker (whose client list has included: The Financial Conduct Authority, Unum, Iglo/Birds Eye, Cadbury, and Rio Tinto) , a non exec director at ALL has worked with the FCA before! So I bet she would have had their phone number tucked away somewhere. I wonder whether she is a mother who is used to dealing with sulky children?

I have been reading the various posts since the last RNS was issued. It amazes me that people have jumped to a conclusion so rapidly. Years ago, when still in green, I was a defending officer for a guy who had bottled another. It was surely a slam dunk decision that he was guilty. It was there for everyone to see. However, during his trial, a whole range of other variables and representations wee presented. Hence a trial and not Adolf deciding on a person's future. The guy got away scot free, and to this day, I still can't believe it. I know many others couldn't either, but the judge decided that under the circumstances, he was not the guilty party!

So for people to say "I'm out" is, wadr, a bit pre-mature and almost irresponsible. This morning, even if you sat with the judge at that great cafe near the railway bridge in Lewisham and tucked into a full fry together and you asked him his verdict, I can only assume, that it would be one of confusion. He has been given a monumental tasks to make judgement on. But remember, has anyone, apart from the AMGO team actually said that administration is an option? The FCA want more geld for the creditors. OK, so be it. Let us negotiate, come up with an amicable solution (like good amigos), go back to the courts and have it endorsed and move on.

I'm sticking and it goes to show that this is not red or black.

1. Decimation of the sp from over £3 to 23p.
2. No div for ages and when in the future...5 years?
3. And a C30% drop in the morning?

Nelson...me too! Listening to the Twin Pete's Podcasts has made me realise that there are many good, stable companies out there and once you know their trading ranges, as much can be made on hem as opposed to some of the more riskier shares!

Matt...I agree, and my stress levels went through the roof as I also hold AMGO. However after the days low was reached in ARB, I doubled my holding here. Remember, there is a difference between daily trading and investing and I for one, am in for the longer term here as crypto is here to stay and currently, there aren't many grown up companies mining.

I still find it odd that one of our non executive directors has had dealings in the past with the FCA, but was unable to effectively engage with them prior to today's court case.

Also, are the FCA out to target AMGO or the industry as a whole?
