First. You're almost correct. This first stage is ALMOST DSO. The ore being produced from pit 4 is exceptional at an average of approximately 20%

But you're is a small amount of processing crushing , screening taking it up slightly to nearer 25% so in effect a Ltd concentrate

The next phase is actually a concentrate Plant which is capable of concentrate from 3% to the required 25%

I guess we are extremely lucky to have exceptional grade in pit 4 and be in a position to sell this now and commence a revenue stream

Drilling is indeed required to prove up a jorc compliant resourse. Through to measured. For the total resource including at depth.... target for this is substantially higher at 50mt

This drilling will be taking place in parallel to production and revenue generation

Unlike many peers marula are intending to nor milk investors and to self fund this stage through revenue and I suspect other funding options. Imo of course. Non dilutive funding and possibly some pre payment

No drilling required as this is a production plant. Supply agreements in place. And 5 year offtake with baosteel a top 5 fortune 500 company

The resource target to date has focused purely on at surface. To get that resource target jorc methodology has been followed by Geofields... geologist and mining consultants.... who I'd guess know more that the off basher. On social media. Especially those that only bash. Suspicious

That at surface target is I agree exceptional and I guess why there's so much excitement 10-15mt at 3%

As to drilling..... this is to be carried out in parallel with production.... much more speculative but hoped to increase that to 50mt (up to) that of course will be a jorc resource

The subscription has been known about for over 2 years so hardly an unknown dilution

In fact this may result in a cancellation of remaining 3.75 subscriptions so reduction in potential dilution

Out of interest.... at what monthly revenue do you admit you might be wrong and an alternative methodology from 5-10 years proving resources and no revenue is potentially a good methodology
