I do not support placings in general or dilution although as I said in another message deleted that I've not got a screenshot of. I've no problem with them (although I've no expectation one way or another) as long as they make the cake bigger and return something bigger to shareholders than outlayed

You say that. But risk to prim is far more than a fine. Its also reputational

Trust is important if they want good investees not just desperate ones

Clearly a breach not working around a get out clause as some claimed. Really does require an rns market response from prim

There's a bigger issue. Prim have shown they can't be trusted. Renaging on a 12 month lock agreement doesn't look good. Certainly any decent investees would consider other choices

That was 500m in the RNS. Would take a day to process the RNS at least. So could've gone yesterday

Because they clearly think the exchange and the FCA are useless and won't act. You have to question the capability of their NOMAD.

At best future investees will look elsewhere for investment. Prim really have shot themselves in their foot with obvious arrogance

Think we'll see funding from 2-3 directions in coming weeks-months

Obviously revenue from 2-3 projects this year. Perhaps 4

Debt funding (non dilutive) we can now service debt as we have revenue

Prepayment... with larger outlay like phase 2 kinusi. We may see some funding from an offtaker

Oh and JV is still ongoing at Blesberg

I've bought and sold many share. If anything goes wrong I've big enough balls to accept its my fault and move on. Bigger things in life

I invested over two years ago. I accept the delays and changes. Not because I'm blind or stuck in a cult. But because the delays in the grand scale I accept. As benefits outweigh... 2.5 year old company entering revenue generation on two project and more to come. No peers come close

Would u be happier on a higher sp. Yes. Would I be happier with us 6 months more advanced. Yes

Am I happy with direction of travel.... YES

Maybe if you are still invested and do so because you hope to see an increases sp. Even if its to exit at break even. Maybe stop bashing your own investments

If you've sold? Maybe stop bashing everyone else's investments.... move onto something more constructive
