that's 500k unsecured, interest free, non dilutive.... sounds confident to me. and as jason confirms that there will be no suspension.... guess interim funding will indeed be the case.

now let's remember what's happening.... funding was held back so it wasn't put on the old bods hand. they leave at the end of this month. new bod will be in place as soon as old go. interim funding in place whilst main funding finalised.

all due diligence for acquisition is complete as per rns.....yea its taken a mental amount of time and yes we all expected it quicker. not sure why being confident in your own research and investment is rose tinted. but guess thats the standard lse attack. but it will all come together between now and first week of december....

as jb owns 20% and *****on 29% of shuka a loan of that nature is showing high confidence

also confirmed main funding is not connected to neo as also claimed by sniffer... wrong wrong wrong snuffer

reminder folks 60m shares . almost half owned by jb and *****on very sticky hands.... that's a good capital structure for substantial and quick growth

Remember this is mining. Nothing goes exactly to plan... regardless Marula have achieved substantially more than any peer and is certainly growing major foundations to move quickly to mid tier as planned.

But... ignore my positivity (I've been invested for 18 months and despite accusations of seeing things through rose tinted glasses i remain extremely positive because of the depth of reseach i do... im still invested and will add if and when possible) or the other insults and crytism. Can't and wouldn't deny another suspension isn't great. As investors we need to see changes to ensure this doesn't happen again. Both marula and auditors share blame. So something in lines of auditors change or some very strict service levels agreed and someone to lead this with focus at marula... with revenue expected I'd like to see a responsible CFO

A reason not excuse for delay is complexity caused by speed of growth is how so many projects,commodities and jurisdictions exacerbate audit delays

That said if things has stopped moving at marula during suspension I'd be more concerned but take a look at the RNS during this period and the opposite it true. Some major material deliveries. (Been 12 Rns in last 11 weeks) For example

Majority share in substantial cobalt (worth to marula $600m along with potential gold in the billions)

Tungsten and lithium new project adjacent to Blesberg

Doubling kilifi plant and manganese supply. Should be producing next month

Larisoro should be shipping now and revenue is expected to be reported this week

Both these projects should be ramping up to 40k tonnes per month early next year

Offtake agreements are in place for manganese and lithium and expecting one for by products with fujax

Shipping contract agreed with major shipping company in kenya

But take a look for yourselves as part of your own DD.

Remember if everything was a proven fact youd be paying substantially more per share. Investments always carry risks. But those risks feel balanced across so many projects, commodities and jurisdictions

So what do we expect over coming days and weeks

First and ongoing revenues from larisoro (big ones as proves the doubters wrong)

Report from Blesberg to include jorc results on lithium and by products

Report on copper production from kinusi (this is the really big one potentially worth billions with gold as a by product)

Revenue from kilifi

Expecting some additional projects announcements from Burundi and Uganda

Another big one funding across all projects from AUO

When research note came out with 4b max dilution it was including all interest payments at low vwap right through to 2028

The more bonds converted now and early = less interest = less dilution = NOT 4b
