So we now know that Premier Miton have sold exactly 6 million shares in the last 7 weeks and certainly is the last couple of weeks when the selling has speeded up the SP has hardly moved which suggests the 6 million shares have been bought by someone else and, in my opinion, most likely one buyer rather than several, so why hasn't there been a Form 8.3 from the buyer ??? Even if the buyer was an existing shareholder who had already declared their above 1% ownership, they would have to report ANY changes, but my guess is that it's a new buyer who has now breached the 1% but wants to stay under the radar for the time being and annoyingly, it seems they are being allowed to
