Disappointing report but I suppose the clues were there from the October update, however I'm clinging on to this line from today's report "With 17 live smart metering projects and revenue generation from the Goa project expected to begin in earnest shortly, the business is well-positioned for sustained growth through the remainder of FY 2026 and into FY 2027."

History should tell us that news is often irrelevant with this share, even JC has highlighted that in the past.

Personally I'm really pleased the interims are taking longer than some thought. Whilst the numbers aren't going to change, the longer they leave the RNS, the more chance that the fund selling will come to an end and with the GOA project getting underway this quarter, it gives them more to talk about in the post period section and gives them a much better chance of providing more accurate full year forecasts, something they can't afford to mess up again !

I'm surprised nobody has commented about this already, another example of poor admin from Monday's RNS:

"The Issue Price represents a premium of 17.6 per cent. to the closing price on 7.7 pence September 2024, being the last trading date prior to this Announcement;"

I was basing my earlier comments on a quick look back to 2023 when the full results were published on 26th July before a Q+A session on 1st August. I'm not expecting the full results to be released in the next week or so but I do think they'll announce something otherwise why have the Q+A now

I'd be surprised if they go into the presentation without at least confirming the full year revenue figure, I don't think the "revenue expected to materially exceed market expectations" will be good enough. Which I suppose means an RNS between now and next Friday

It feels like the SP is being held back for whatever reason, I bought a lot of shares a week or so ago and the SP didn't budge

I expect CC have been given some sort of encouragement to set up there but regardless, I view this as a very positive move and a necessary one if they are serious about doing business in that region

Maybe the best statement would be some decent Director buys, not at a discount in the midst of a fundraise, but at the same prices us lot have to pay

Thanks Colour, I'm well aware of tonyj's track record when it comes to predictions but I'm not here to highlight his or anyone else's previous statements, I'm just interested in looking forward and following up on his post from last week, I'm would like to know when he thinks we 'll get to the 40-50p level he mentioned
