I think you have to be careful here. The Talon deal was for $1.5B Tesla will receive 75,000 metric tonnes of nickel concentrate from the Tamarack Nickel Project. The deal has a six-year term or until a total of 75,000mt of nickel concentrate is delivered to Tesla.

This is a supply deal for the actual finished product, not a deal for the nickel in the ground.

You could be right on this one as have just seen that AVCT are down by over 30% today. My concern here is that we are using AVCT affirmers as well as aptamers for our detection ability. I am not a scientist, but It would be comforting to know as to whether our kit can readily detect Omicron?

I have noted that a Stock Adviser by the name of Tom Winnifrith has been regularly warning PI's against investing in Eurasia as well as another stock in my Portfolio via twitter and his website *************. I like to hear both sides of any argument before making a decision and was considering subscribing to *************. A red flag that held me back was his style of journalism appeared somewhat basic where he tends to use foul language and belittle PI's with opposing views by calling them "morons" etc.

This aside I continued to look as you never know, it's just possible that he could have something that I have missed. I note that he has his own write up in Wikepedia which if I have to be honest I did not find inspiring:-

Just looking at slide 23 (KOLA MINING INDUSTRY) from the presentation; is it not strange that they name all the players in the mining industry on the Kola Peninsular and indeed what they are mining ....... and yet they do not include themselves Eurasia Mining amongst them ???

A lot of the pundits are saying that the main threat to the advance of the Platinum/Palladium price going forward is because catalytic converters in the automotive industry is likely to wane due to the rise of Battery electric vehicles which do not use PGMs. That would therefore leave Hydrogen Fuel cells to take up the strain since they do require PGMS.

Bruno, I think the BOD are very much tied as to what they can say in what in my view is more than likely an extremely complex sale, involving more than one party. Add in the sheer potential size of the sale the length of time it is taking does not surprise me.

Rightly or wrongly, I am still of the opinion that Norilsk will be the major player in any deal. That said , I do not think Eurasia would have appointed Tamerlan Abdikeev as a non-executive Director of the Company and the head of Eurasia's office in Japan for a bit of a laugh. So I would make an educated guess that it will end up with some sort of marriage between Norilsk and a Japanese Consortium with Norilsk holding a majority shareholding overall to protect Russian assets.

Thought I'd throw this out there whilst we wait .

My thoughts are that Norilsk are definitely a part of the equation but not the whole. After all our assets are on their doorstep and they have all the infrastructure there just ready to go. Whilst I know TMS has an agenda to talk the price down (fair enough he's told people he's short) , one thing that did strike me is that he said words to the effect "why would the Russians allow billions to flow out to a tiny AIM company." When you think about it, that statement does have some merit.

Since we had an RNS re the opening of the office in Japan, I'm guessing the buyer will be Norilsk and a Japanese consortium. Best guess for the Japanese consortium would be ITOCHU Corporation.

My reasoning for ITOCHU is

iii) They are heavily in to promoting and pushing forward the use of hydrogen fuel cells. Most recently (in fact two weeks ago) they have partnered with Hyzon Motors to jointly pursue commercial hydrogen opportunities targeting the mineral and metal industry.

So my guess would be that ITOCHU put up the money whilst Norlisk mine and process the minerals and the shares are split pro rata between the two. Meantime no cash flows out of Russia and everyone is happy. Especially me.

Happy to be taken to pieces but also interested if anyone else has any educated guesses as I feel it still may take a while.
