After Irish EPA supported #DVRG #Rinocloud develop real-time contaminated water detection the last 5 years, #ModernWater is actively promoting upgrading #Microtox infrastructure to #MicrotoxPD at the Italian Government conference on #COVID for the Med cruise industry
Interesting slide and somewhat surprised that it's been put up on Twitter before the Webinar. Hoping we don't get a pump before and a dump on the day.
Just done a bit of googling and notice that one of the Diamond Partners of the CLIA is Dell Technologies ...... coincidence???

Latest tweet below ................... I almost dread DVRG RNS's as the SP seems to always go the opposite way no matter what. Still believe this company is unique and has great vision and tech so really hoping that the news slated is a corker this time round. Guess we'll see ........... whenever shortly may be.

The more human/transport testing input, the higher the cost. The same below in the sewage, collect samples, back to lab, lab staff, all adds up. Automated real-time testing above and below ground is coming with digital health pass. #DVRG news shortly
Interesting article here.

Does anyone know if we are a part of this. I ask because back last year when the Labskin labs were increased in size, Mass Spectrometry was a key function/purpose for the expansion :-
Labskin laboratory expansion
To accommodate these agreements, and further contracts under negotiation, the Company also announces that it is increasing the Group's Labskin laboratory capacity by 50%. This increase is in addition to the previously announced expansion earlier this year (see RNS dated 5 March 2019). On completion, the Company will have access to five high-spec laboratory units to accommodate new large contracts from its growing customer base. The additional space at the Company's York facility will provide new client services including Mass Spectrometry Imaging, increased Labskin tissue culture capability and will accommodate 3D tissue culture development, as well a place for Labskin Technician Training for Clients.
Out of curiosity, does anyone know who the manufacturer of the BT and specifically the chip is? I haven't seen it mentioned and I would assume the chip in particular is somewhat of a bespoke item.

A very interesting article and what a coup that would be. The question is though, do we have a product ready in order to at least enter a bid ????
We really do need some sort of update as to where we are.

Re the breathalyser, I was perhaps one of the biggest detractors of this device initially believing the whole process to be unwieldly and expensive. Now however I am not so sure that it is a dead duck. I posted earlier on the topic after a tweet from GB that the chip could be coated with multiple "stuff" (sorry not technical) which could potentially identify any number of pathogens , Flu, Norrovirus etc. This being the case, it would make the device to all intents and purposes a home diagnosis tool far outreaching the current COVID pandemic. We shall see. To me this really would be a winner and may well become a household item.
I am in agreement though, that the train is now out of the station and we need updates and news. I would have at the very least expected to have had a progress report on how trials are progressing.
Thank You GB
Thanks GB. So I am assuming from your response that the part "Microtox® BT Novel Sensors" are sensors that are going to be incorporated into the waste water part of the microtox solution and are not the sale of the actual breathalyzers themselves ? I had assumed that anything MicrotoxBT referred to the acula Breathalyzer unit.
Something has been niggling me about the Water Rising Institute RNS on Sept 30th for a while now. As far as I as an investor am aware; at this moment in time we do not have a finite product. This in so far as both the waste water and the breathalyzer Real Time Covid detection solutions are still not proven and are in the final stages of testing. Correct me if I am wrong.
So how does a very small company manage to get a US company to agree to buy over half a million pounds worth of equipment that hasn't as yet been proven???
Perhaps I am being overly optimistic, but it strikes me that Water Rising Institute must have based this significant investment decision on more information than we currently have ???
Well ........ I think now is about the time you should ask for a 10% commision Chesh !!! :- )))
Like others I have been twitching at the lack of media coverage, the number of other company's now stepping into the breathalyser market and indeed the practicality's of our kit for the price.
Consequently I was just gom smacked over the Boots offering (Price) but more than that I just read the recent tweet from GB :-

#DVRG are of that opinion ourselves. An overlooked point is that the #MicrotoxBT diagnostic breath test is the detection of other viruses and disease biomarkers, offering faster point of care by altering the coating of the nano-photonic chips in your own personal breathalyser
Overlooked !?!?!?!?!? Course it's been overlooked, nobody said anything about it before.!!!! We should be singing this out. Potentially providing the price of the breathalyser was right you could pick up a family pack of ten for the most common ailments/viruses we are normally exposed to and diagnose yourself without going to the see a GP.
Personally I think that's brilliant. What i'd like to see now is some clarity on the plans of how we are going to roll this out bearing in mind it's not going to be cheap and we haven't got that sort of money in the bank. Once that covered then I really feel we are going to see a sharp movement in the SP.
All in my Very Humble Opinion
Hi Sievco
Agree that it could be interpreted as you describe, which raises the dreaded possibility of another pump and dump.
That said, if you read this RNS in conjunction with Friday's twitter reply to @Richjww00, take into account that I am sure Deepverge for any major project will be subject to some pretty stringent NDA's (eg: It is heavily rumoured that Avacta are involved in talks with the Government, but not a dicky bird has been released to confirm nor deny) and then draw your conclusions. For me, I believe there is more to this RNS than meets the eye. Hopefully it's not through rose tinted glasses

90 wastewater plants. people collecting multiple times a week (not real-time results from a test every 10 minutes). Back to lab, multiple assays, time and reporting. Or... #MicrotoxPD

So the people that need to know about MicrotoxPD are aware of it and are ready to roll it out when it has been given the green light?

Yes, those who need to know about wastewater contamination detection #MicrotoxPD, at the level where decisions can be made, know about it and are being processed

Dunsford ............. third possibility is bound to NDA's
To be honest I was underwhelmed by the Microtox BT. It is an extremely clever piece of kit with great technology but I think it is impractical, cumbersome and expensive for the job it is intended to do. I certainly wouldn't want to get up in the morning, blow into a device for 3 to 4 quid, take out the chip, go out into a rainy day to find an analyser and then upload into my smart phone (which my Nokia doesn't qualify as) just on the off chance that I might meet some friends in the pub in the evening. I certainly wouldn't buy one.
That said, I assume that this device stores a sample of your breath on the chip and when sent to the server, the AI effectively tells you whether you have Covid or not. As I understand it, Integumen's Rinodcloud has data on thousands of pathogens. Why not look at ............. if you're feeling ill you blow into the device, wifey takes the chip down to the local analyser at the GPs/Pharmacy and then the clever AI in seconds tells her what hubby has got ....... COVID, ManFlu Norovirus etc. Wifey buys the Tamiflu and choccys and hubby doesn't even have to get out of bed and infect the general public on his way to the GP.
Now that would certainly have a chance of reaching every household as I would certainly buy at least one for my family and I'm probably the biggest dinosaur frequenting this board
Just a thought. ATB
Sounds almost the exact words that GB used in his interview over on Proactive investors after the presentation.
From the Daily Mail 8 hours ago. I might be being optimistic, but it does ring a bell :-
Test yourself EVERY morning
We will all soon be able to test ourselves for Covid-19 when we brush our teeth in the morning, a health minister has predicted.
Lord Bethell said the Government was exploring technology which will allow people to conduct a test every day.
This will mean they can safely stop social distancing without fear of putting others at risk, allowing them to travel on public transport, socialise and return to work.
He also courted controversy by claiming Britain will look back at its Covid-19 response ‘like the Olympics’ and be ‘extremely proud’.
Lord Bethell added: ‘There have been some outstanding pieces of delivery that have not been fully appreciated. When it’s all over and we look back and reflect, we will actually be extremely proud of ourselves.’

A word of advice Chesh ........
A Harami is based on a candlestick pattern, is so called because (in Japanese) it resembles a pregnant woman.
So please take the greatest of care what do with your Doji ......
This advice comes free
Hi Chesh
If you read BB right the way through there's a Bullish Harami formed which implies bullish sentiment is returning and sellers are running out of steam .............. If the price finishes above 34.1p at COP today then the pattern is confirmed that short will turn into a buy !
I know most people here think it 's all mumbo jumbo but thought some might be interested. At any rate can you all go out and buy some fore so it finishes above 34.1p ............... Thank You
C
Personally and IMHO I think people are missing the point here. Whatever the product to be announced is, it is blatantly obvious that MWG is a key piece of the SKIN puzzle. Assuming success and no merger, amongst other collaborating partners, we would be splitting revenues between the two companies and who knows how that split would fall ? If successful, the whole deal could be undone by a bigger predator coming in and buying up MWG and all their patents for themselves.
As it is, SKIN (aka Deepverge) just assimilated a totally necessary and core part of the total solution in what I would say was a good deal.
Ultimately and together, we have just secured a bigger slice in GB's so called big pie. I think it's very good news. but that's just me
