Nowhere. The only thing SNG have said on the readout of COPD is that it'll be over summer, however they got permission for the interim analysis at end of May so the assumption here was that it would take 3-4 weeks to unblind the data.

That assumes that the 3rd party who are unblinding the data are working at their normal turnaround times and are not focused on other data sets.

No worries Mik, It's my understanding that the delay on the initial 8 weeks was always driven by turn around times in testing. SNG appear to have been very disciplined with the selection criteria whereby they didn't recruit patients unless diagnosed early enough. The testing amendment to the initial trial application suggests that, as COVID testing improved so did the rate of recruitment. We have seen the same trend with the at-home trials where it was the improvement in testing that allowed them to go nationwide with it.

I think this discipline is very professional and should hopefully give them a much better data set. All positive for me.

MIKODX - The results for the hospital COVID trials will be July. Most likely mid July as the last patient will only be finishing their follow up period around this week. It will then take a few weeks to unblind the results and produce the reports.

The COPD data could arrive anytime as Richard Marsden said summertime reveal on those.

Elon - I think you've hit the nail on the head there in respect that everything is primed and ready to go on manufacturing capacity and institutional support. However we do not have an antigen test nor do we have an antibody test. They all need to be developed and even when design freeze is reached, they still need to go through the validation process with PHE on the RTC developed antibody test. They will have to go through validation with all of the tests.

Yes they're primed and ready to go but now they need to deliver the approved tests to allow manufacturing to start.

MIDODX- Mologic have been building their own manufacturing facility as well. Also, the POC test has not been CE marked. That is the mologic ELISA test which is not POC.

Yea I held 80k shares and I was due about 4k, which is crap. I actually sold 60k @.55 end of play Friday. Figured if it drops Monday/Tuesday by >5p then I'll be able to accumulate far more shares than in the placing. Risky play over the weekend haha

Don't think that's quite right safy. If you divide your total shares by 5 that'll give you 20%, not five. Divide your total shares ls by 20 or multiply by 0.05 and it'll give you your entitlement.

Yes your buys show straight away and your sells show as available to re-invest straight away but that's not the case if you want to withdraw. That's because of the transfer of ownership. I'm not sure if it is the same with ex-dividend and ex-entitlement dates.

Like the funding question, an expeditious route to approval could come in many forms, especially in the current climate.

This is obviously in the case of an ex-dividend date. Can anyone clarify this?

P.s i find that consistent with the hospital trial whereby recruitment rates only improved when the testing allowed it.

Hi Ghia, in the proactive interview posted this morning, Richard said that there was a slow uptake in the initial catchment area but it was the improvement in testing capacity within the NHS that really allowed them to broaden the at home trial.

In this current climate it would be understandable that, if successful in phase 2 trials, SNG001 could receive EUA which would allow SNG to start production and disrtibution. They've said themselves that they are preparing to distribute large amounts by the end of the year in the event that they receive approvals.

Phase 3 trials as I understand them are just a broadening of the scope to better understand efficacy and effects of a drug. Recruitment can range from 300-3000. Data is king, however it may be feasible to obtain enough data through the current trials which allow for up to 600.

Because the ex-entitlement date is Monday at 0800 does that mean we can (in theory) load up today to guarantee more shares in the open offer?

Hi Nolupus, I really do hope that's the case and we see that readout soon. You are correct that if they have the information to hand they can not legally sit on it however that statement the timeline that you made is based on an assumption that the interim COPD analysis will take 3-4 weeks from readout to report and there is no statement from SNG to support that assumption.

Yea i'm not sure we'll see the COPD readout this month. He did confirm that, as with the hospital trial recruitment, the at-home trial recruitment was being driven by the testing capacity. That should continually improve.
