Not posted for a while but been sat holding my shares awaiting our new scheme. There has been some good posts on here but in summary my thoughts are

We will not get an update any time soon from the BoD the FCA and Judge are watching, imagine the scenario we the Amigo board want to do the best for our shareholders and make huge profits and be at £### in ###years. like lambs to the slaughter again. lets not rush again for this I think once we have got the SOA sorted court case done and dusted and lending again no one will be really watching and if they are who cares we don't have to answer to them again hopefully !!

The SP will move with the events as above without a fanfare if it goes the way we all want the fact we are lending again will mean we as shareholders will be profitable.

I have said before if you were willing to risk it all on court case 1 I suspect you will not sell, granted a few may sell once they get into the blue, but I also suspect the holders generally are risk takers with shares and will ride the horse for a while and see where we end up.

It has always been on the brink from the day we went to court , it is a high risk share no doubt, but people were willing to risk it all on the court case and probably most still are, I would also hazard a guess most of the risk takers will be looking for the bottom after this news article to top up.

I like the way people are telling me this is risky. Ooh so what! I with many many others were prepared to risk it all on a court case. I guess like me they are still willing to risk it all, only now I see less risk as the company are looking at an appeal, I also think this will have some new altered scheme to appease the judge, my opinion on the FCA is they have done their bit sat back patting themselves on the back they are off the hook , they will leave us alone if we play ball and then we can got on with making money (well lending it)

Its not been nice watching our hard earned money get reduced but long term strategy for me.

So the FCA don't think it's fair, that's hardly a in depth analysis with an alternative solution to negotiate a better deal. Can see the sp drop unfortunately as the market is fickle, long term I'm not worried as there will be an outcome it may cost us a little more in payouts. BUT we have the positive vote and we move on with lots of investors.

To answer the ridiculous statements saying use the nightingale ward or any other hospital environment, the OO facility has specialist isolation ventilation and controls, airlocks, integrated systems, it is a certified and classified laboratory not a ward thrown together to treat patients, it would cost circa £500k just to get the controls, training, ventilation installed not to mention having it validated which takes 6 to 18 months and has to be monitored from design stage through to robust commissioning. Do me a favour....

This is a fantastic deal no question 30% min coming today. Anyone who is questioning new start up clearly has no business acumen. They separate their businesses with a new name but same directors same resources, significant for AVCT great news.
