So you asked what news is due, well, there are many fish or irons in the fire, so news could come from many directions, but if I had to guess I would say that their patent application is very very close to aproval.

this would give the company lots of street credibility if you like, also though we know with the validation of their flagship service close to happening. We expected it to be September but the raise to speed it up might mean it is closer.

The company have said they are in a number of high profile negotiations in regard to (speculating now) licensing or buy out talks, I would say that either patent granted or validation would be the catalyst for extreme news flow.

but as always inspvesting comes with a level of risk, and you sound like someone who isn’t keen on risk, so maybe wait for news to be announced, sure you might pay a little more , 20 to 109% more, if you are fast but it would mitigate any risk.
