Let’s face it. You have no idea what the sp will be.

I see the share price is taking another hit.

To be expected.

Poor negotiating to raise funds. The company will be starved of finance if the BOD perform poorly in the market..

An ability to keep investors informed to keep momentum of share price. Poor track record.

Producing a business plan that is workable and affordable. It’s just a pipe dream if no funds.

Negotiating community and environmental concerns. Could fail at the first hurdle.

All down to the BOD who don’t convey any confidence to date.

In fact it seems directors are more willing to leave the company than take on some of these issues.

3. Be able to talk to the financial markets and raise capital.

4. They must be able to manage and spend their money prudently and effectively.

5. To promote their story consistently and regularly.

One wrong move by the BOD and this company will be toast.

Funding will be a major issue in the run up to Christmas.

Will this company ever mine? I doubt it.

Will they ever make a profit? I doubt it.
