Unstable Board of Directors. Three CEO changes in as many years.Together with other resignations

Share placings and borrowing as the only way to keep in business, no profits for a very long time.

Inaccurate news reporting. Even a child could improve on the latest round of reporting. Or was it intentional? Certainly put out over the Christmas period to hide bad news.

Look for the signals. It can tell you a lot.

The spin doctors only have you believe that he has taken a non executive position to make it sound like he is fully committed to Alien but in reality it sounds like he getting himself ready for a full commitment to Jay and is taking a back seat at Alien probably with a view to getting out soon.
