I'm guessing this is SM tech featured at 19:20, given the 80mph speeds. Car not cheap either!

jlovie - I bought my first tranche in Nov 2013 at a similar price. Management have always been sober here when it comes to trading updates/results etc, I wasn't expected anything different this morning. But, as others have been saying, lots going on now with regulatory tail winds and the director buying should give confidence. I'm not giving up the day job just yet!
We saw the CR ratings a few weeks ago, but I enjoyed watching this vid published just a few hours ago so thought I'd place it on here

That's a shame - got back from work not long ago and was hoping to watch the italian job. But thankfully posters on here have shared a lot of the detail and that's great if it all comes to pass. Aviation has been a bit of a slow burner and so I've put it to the back of my thoughts, yet it could be that it will shortly be producing some fireworks - fingers crossed.
Hi See20. Yes, I think you may well be right that they are part of one or more of our existing design wins. I was just wondering what other things infra red tech was being utilised for, aside from DMS. I don't have friends or family that have one of these fancy new cars lol.
I guess it could be infra red drivers in use for 'night vision systems' (rather than DMS), to which he refers oems are already on board for. I'm not up on all of that stuff tbh, as the owner of a car that is now 17 years old.

Analog devices vid from Nov 22, before the announcement of the partnership with SM was announced.
From 1.50, the Analog guy says 'we have numerous design wins at various oems'!
If their rights issue/fundraise is on 24th Jan, maybe the CES appearance from Martin and the throwing out of names is about lifting that share price a bit in advance of that. Who knows. They are winning some business and that is good, hopefully they just don't win as much as SEE lol.
Active number of blue cruise/active glide users now > 100,000

Won't be that many as a luxury brand, I think 15,000 sold in USA in 2021. But, they all add up & of course GM producing a good number of models with super cruise in 2023.
Looks like the 2023 CT6 will be for the chinese market only.
