Whowrotethis I agree but I would not be surprised if they don't find more and we have 13 licenses next door - again the possibilities are huge - next week RNS on the drilling and that could be on another scale - think BZT, XTR all companies where CB has been able to quadruple the SP in the last 12 months due to the drilling update - could we be next?

For me the company was valued yesterday on the basis that SFR had pulled out of the deal but for me the other 4 projects are worth more than the the £11 million we were worth yesterday. SFR will have seen the helicopter reports, they are the biggest player in the region, they have bought a stake in us for 2.65p and they are doing this because they are very, very , very confident with what is there. I can not believe it this company is still cheap at 2.65p.

Perfect RNS with many more to follow and at the end a take over from SFR. IMO 6p a share before the end of the year.

I might be wrong but because we should no by now if the date was to be extended so I suspect it has gone through or not. This is why the SP is under pressure but I expect an RNS imminent.

Vulcanbob I think it is better to dream than be a bitter person who doesn't read the RNS's or can't understand them. I don't need to repeat all the different explorations and possibilities already shown by myself, Data and Oiltap. If you didn't realise it the SP of any AIM mining share will drift lower on no news. The helicopter report does not need reporting because it is not proof but yes KAV did it because what else do they have to offer. The drilling in every mine I have ever held has always been delayed and with covid it is always going to happen. I have absolutely no reason has of yet not to believe in GLR and at the moment SFR have not decided otherwise yet either. Your filtered because you haven nothing worthwhile to contribute..

Next week could be the week some of the ducks line up. There's so much possible news that like many other stocks that rise consistently there could be a weekly RNS which I hope will lead to a sustained SP rise for many months. Let's hope it starts next week.

That we have something worth more than £4, million but it can take time for PI's to take it on board. The catalyst could/will be a large investor paying much more than the current SP. You might ask why would they but for a investor/minor to take a 20% stake in a miner on the open market would cause a huge rise in the SP and they would not be able to get the intended stake. They would invest on the basis of what we have rather than the current SP. I have seen it before and the new indicated resources with the compiled PFS could tempt someone who is watching us with interest.

Well I sold my EUA too early but AIM mining is so not transparent and it is private investors dictating valuations. I still think EUZ will be a winner like EUA was for me.

EUA went up 80% in 4 days having fallen back on no real news even the RNS basically confirmed the the May 12 RNS. So EUZ falling back can easily be reversed on some news. EUA at the beginning of the week was a hundred times bigger than EUZ. In fact EUA has only at the moment $2.7 billion indicated resources while we have over $1 billion. However, the potential resources are huge but not indicative yet. I actually sold 3/4 of my EUA holdings on Friday because my initial average was .44p and now they are 28.5p, they are Russian exploration mines and I am so way over invested in AIM Exploration. For me EUA could/will double even treble by the end of this year but EUZ could increase 10 fold but I don't think EUA can. However, both shares are risky and there are no guarantees and having a toe in each is basic diversification but I am now just over 4 times more invested in EUZ than EUA. For me EUZ wins on risk/reward and that is always my main consideration.

Just a delay hopefully. CB likes his shares to rocket and so I hope he's waiting to deliver the power for the rocket soon. I just bought 500k at 1.16 so maybe more of the sells are actually buys. It might suggest that the price will drop a little but I am sure this is due to impatient PI's not wanting to miss out somewhere else .

This no news is painful and that means that AIM mining shares will drift lower and many of my mining AIM shares are drifting lower and on no news. This is normal but there is potential news around the corner and hopefully we can have a reaction like 13 months ago when the share price went from 5p to intra day high of 28 in a matter of a few weeks. I am not saying it will just if the news comes and it is good this share does not wait for you to buy or get back in.

To me this is just PI's buying/selling on no news. However, prior to the amazing January RNS the SP went up from around 1.4 to 2.3p but that might have just been PI's taking a punt. The drilling news if on a par with XTR would imply a 5 × increase!

Institutions don't buy in at £5 million companies although they might have bought in at a much higher price and are left with a legacy investment. However, the reasons why we are going up by 50% and then falling back is due to PI's trading or like myself top slicing to reduce risk/ make a bit trading. When the institutions start buying in or for instance M&G like to be part of funding for the mine construction we will have already had IMO a huge rise. When we we reach £50 million the institutions will have been invested or ready to invest.

Shed last week I topped back up to just under 3% having top sliced a few when the shares rose. I was able to get 100,000 at 9.1 p but showed as a sell.

If there is one thing I have learnt in buying and sometimes trading AIM mining shares is that the actual value attached to each share is of no interest and what is more important is that a SP is constantly going up in the short term after some good news. When a company finds a resource with initial drilling showing good results then due to little capital raises and the good news the SP goes to the moon but then slowly the SP falls and the realization of the proving of the find to inferred, indicate, PFS, measured/BFS when the finance is in place takes loads of money and many placings. On this score I think LR has done well with what money he has raised. GGP and EUA's SP went through the roof when it was obvious with a large partner in GGP case and the sale process/ realisation of what might be in the ground in EUA but it I suspect that it was the utter realisation that they were going to be mined and the dilution had all been ended (although that still might not be the case). We don't have the huge resources that they both might have but we are close to mining and in GGP's case we are worth a 200th of their value and they are still drilling to get to indicated stage. AIM mining must be the most inefficient stock market around and that true value might never happen but hopefully when the PFS is compiled the rest of the mining world will realise the value and at £4 million it is so low a shell company could buy us out for the tax losses we have accumulated.

they had 3,125,873 (Aussie dollars) * 0.54 = £1,687,970 at the end of December 2020. I suspect they had paid for some of the drilling already by the end of December 2020 and they had not used up all the grant money

No we don't have a clue but there are £2,000,0000 of warrants to exercise and maybe some money left from the grant.

However I think MM worked out we had raised £6. 5 million over 5 years and we raised £2 million of that 12 months ago. We have done quite a lot of work in those first 4 years of placing when we spent £4.5 million. We also had over £2 million at the end of December when we had already started drilling. My own view is we will be OK until PFS completed.

I do believe one of our problems and is the main reason for the low value is that our resources are not sexy. I think this is one reason LR is trying to sex up Zinc and it's valuable use in hydrogen technology. There is a minor on AIM who has done no drilling yet just helicopter surveys so years of inferred, indicated etc and they are worth 5 times what we are worth but they might have found Copper the sexiest metal on the planet at the moment. However, lead is up 18% YTD and Zinc up 6% which when you translate into October NPV would suggest a NPV closer to $180 million and we are probably 2 years off mining it. By the way for all you Copper dreamers (which we may have enough of to mine) the average copper exploration find to mining it takes 16.8 years so the AIM minor will have many 'lifestyle company years' of placing after placing.

Highside - I don't think you are that negative but if you don't want to look at someone's posts just filter them - it has worked for me. Boards which just include moaners with nothing to offer on this board are allowed to speak and it can deflect from posters who do contribute. I would say MM and Bricks are intent on finding answers to questions we are all asking while Shed is trying to tie it altogether. Yes they may well be wrong but I would rather read a board which is trying to find the answers rather than a board with their head in the sand blaming management has a default mechanism.
