Yes Oiltap having Sandfire has a strategic partner would be huge and this might be the next GGP without giving 70% of the main asset away.

I must ask LJS why would you want a merger with a company with no drilling, no money and no inferred assets or do you feel KAV will be lucky!

So just looking back at Xtract and their performance they were around 1p at the beginning of Dec 2020 and during a 6 week period of announcements reached 9p so a 9 fold increase. The potential is absolutely huge here. the downside is extremely limited while the upside is absolutely incredible.

So corporately means other business's, investors, local authorities etc not what is in the results!

At the time of writing, further drilling is underway at the Toral project to form the basis of a Pre-Feasibility Study ("PFS") whilst corporately we are actively involved in a number of initiatives that we believe could potentially lead to a major value event for all Europa Metals shareholders. Shed institutions will not buy on the open market for a £5, million company but they might take part in funding or a placing.
So yes if PI's lose faith then the SP will fall but this is exactly why you have AIM shares rise 4 fold in a week. PI's jump in and out where has II's take a longer view. A company can be worth £5,million one day and £20 million a week later and then PI's really come out of the woodwork. We need some value event news and lets hope the assay results give that.

Bricks they had 3,125,873 * 0.54 = £1,687,970 at the end of December 2020. I suspect they had paid for some of the drilling already by the end of December 2020 and they had not used up all the grant money. So we might be OK for now. The drilling results might increase the SP enough for warrants to be exercised which I think would be another £2, million. We both said last year we could be funded up to the PFS stage if the warrants are exercised and that might still be the case but will depend on the SP.

I think this is good news and demonstrates that this exploration is progressing well to funding and then mining/sale. Last year was a huge year for AIM mining and many SP's rose - some IMO justified and others not so. However, it looks to me that the PI's are at the moment cashing out or switching to other markets (diversifying) and the money swirling around is not there. I have had quite a few AIM mining shares fall over the last 3 months on no news or even on good news and shares I don't own also fall back. I would have thought this RNS would have perked the SP up. However, when we get closer to the PSF/funding and the results of the latest drillings are published then this SP will move and once it moves it will move so quickly that you will wonder why PI's waited so long before taking the plunge.

I think we will have news in July of a sale of MT + flanks after the AGM. If you read the last 3 months of RNS's it is all about WK and the Rosego JV which has huge potential in the years to come. MT + flanks due to what is proven and what is indicated is worth more than 75% of EUA total assets. I am very positive that we will get a good dividend of more than 30p and the potential assets left to have a future gem in the Rosego. Very good price to buy into.

CB IMO is in a hurry and the placing was needed due to the slowness of the other funds coming in and the desire to get the drilling done. We could have gone for 2 drills and paid half the cost in discounted shares but CB with all his experiences knows we need to get moving and get some inferred resources (2 drills might mean just more drilling required). That is the start we then need to move to indicated and then measured and finally a PFS and a BFS - at any time a sale but we will need a lot off money to get to BFS.

If PI's like to have some diversity then you should hold KAV but on absolute numbers and value GLR is wort 3 or 4 times more. IMO

I would not want to combine with KAV. They need a huge amount of cash to complete all the drilling and testing which are required. They are so short of cash to pay for their only 2 holes being drilled at the end of the month they are paying the company doing the drilling 50% in discounted shares. The management know a placing will decimate the shares massively but it is certainly going to happen because only having two holes drilled they could find nothing of interest without spending tens of millions on more drilling. However, they could get lucky. We are doing a proper drilling programme and have 4 other mines - we are in a different league to KAV but has I said they might get lucky.

I don't think it takes much selling for the SP to fall or rise with this SP. I thought the RNS was on the positive side and you were quite correct on the drilling programme Shed. I thought the mention of copper and to say it would be looked at post mine construction suggested that they were closer to finalising the PFS and that spending time and money at this stage on proving up another resource was not warranted. Whatever 'value event' suggested I think via Miles has not happened yet and is a long-time coming. I still don't think it will be the management , location or the resources in the ground that will stop this project from being a success however, if the price of the basic metals crash then at any stage over the next few years we are at the risk of collapse but that is AIM mining for you. I have owned a share called BCN for 3 years and it was a dog for the first 12 months but came back when a backer was announced. 2 years later the backer has negotiated an offer for the rest of BCN (which has made the news headlines) but the offer has disappointed the BCN shareholders and feels like the Chinese company is stealing the company away from them. So yes we need a backer but has Shed would say it needs to be on the right terms because a backer can become your nemesis.

The biggest issue here is we gave too much away of the Sonora project. So Ganfeng already own 50% and they own 28.8% of BCN so they basically own 64.4% of Sonora which means that they have all the power and can dictate what happens in the future. The directors of BCN have realised that they are basically outsiders and might as well move on. The market for whatever reason in the last 3 years lost faith and at one point before Ganfeng got involved it looked ike it could be another SXX - lots of lithium (potash)but no backer. There was a forced seller at the time who drove the SP to the floor at around 13p. If the deal does not go through I suspect the SP will crash below 40p and will not move for at least 12 months because Ganfeng will be banned from making another offer and Ganfeng can stop anyone else, they could even put the project on the back burner because Sonora without Ganfeng is not an option. The low ball offer is due to what the directors negotiated 2 years ago and I suspect there is little anyone can do about it now.

Again you don't read my post - I have never said the license was done or $3.5 million was in the bank - all I have said that SFR paid 2.65 p a share to GRL to buy 4% of GLR which at the time you did not realise and this did happen because the shares were added on 9th February which was in the January RNS. So they have definitely paid us some money. This is something big you missed but you have your head so far up your *** to realise or admit.

Fozdog most of the PI's on this board feel an injustice because they are only getting a 50% uplift but that is standard practice. The point is still the same if all you PIs thought the company was worth £2,00 then there is absolutely nothing wrong telling everyone and very few PIs did. This is a message to all those disgruntled shareholders on boards to either put up or shut up because you will get something you don't want if you are negative. Moan to your other half is a better option. You can't expect a company to pay more than 50% if no one said it was worth more before the event or were willing to buy more before the event. The market has dictated this price which I do believe is a give away.

If Pi's had voiced how much they thought BCN was worth 3months ago then maybe the SP would have been higher when the 50% was calculated. There are many miners 3 or 4 times more expensive than BCN due to the ramping - it seems weird that the PI's now come when the the deal is already done and they have to accept a low offer. Additionally, I bought a lot when the price was 13p just because I thought it was an absolute bargain. It is what it is but PI's need to be more pro-active on these boards well before an event like this and stop moaning unless they are short or don't hold the stock. If you thought BCN was a bargain why have you not been screaming it from the top of your voices long ago.
