Aucs - they have gone to the big shareholders who will know more than us but a rights issue is for the big companies because you need a prospectus and it would just cost too much.

If we are in talks of a sale, farm out etc it cannot be announced until it is signed off. W Ireland left EUA possibly for that very reason i.e saying the company was up for sale but the transaction was possibly years away. I am not saying this is the best option and I am not saying it will make the SP go through the roof it just seems to me that EUZ might feel that they have taken it has far has they can due to the dire share price and a sale or farm out is now the best option.

Exactly, TSB1, to me from the RNS, the Toral is in a place to be sold, farmed out etc and we are raising money for the EUZ office and a new exploration.

The point some people don't get who I have filtered is unless the Toral PFS is not requiring any more funding from EUZ because the grants will cover it the £1.5 is not going to go far if more drilling and testing is required. Most of the money spent over the last six years has been spent on drilling and proving up EUZ not just running the EUZ office. If that has done then we can start looking at other projects because we might have has much as a £million to do that. If that is not the case then the RNS is complete BS.

I think the placement was strange although the discount was very high and can be explained with needing to raise so much money in comparison to the value of the company and with no warrants attached. Sadly many questions not answered such as why now and why so much.
For me 2 possible reasons; the first EUZ need money to carry work on the PFS which is quite a way off and they lied about a new potential project being sort.
Alternatively, we are quite close to a good PFS but needed a relatively small amount of money now but due to the fixed costs of making a placement went all in and are looking for future exploration land in a view to start another project.
The thing is this is exactly what CB does who used to be in charge.
Shed rather than just blanket moaning I want like yourself to find out the true point of the placement.

in fact if LR had come out with some really positive news after the RNS which was not included in the RNS then that would have been blatantly wrong.

not surprised with the interview because if there was anything to be said it would have been in the RNS.

I believe the director were thinking that the good news 4 weeks ago would have increased the SP massively but it didn't.

I see where you are coming from but the RNS 4 weeks ago gave an update of increased resources so what your saying does not make sense and why would II's invest in a company with no resources ?

I think if CB had been able to extend the exercise of the warrants it would have come across a bit negative. However, this is positive. CB seems to be only buying more or have large stakes in GLR and XTR - remember he took around 26 million shares out of JLP at the beginning of the year at 13p. He has always had a big steak in GLR and he could have sold out a long time ago but I suspect he's always seen value in the rare metals mine among the others we have.

Zinc up another 6.6% and Lead up another 2.65% - do I need to say anymore

Short term if the Zinc price continues the income stream is going to be very good indeed

Nbear - that is NPV equivalent. to put that into a comparison the GGP board were moaning about their SP being worth only 50% of the NPV. We could be at 1.5%. It is all ****** up.

Zinc is up 15% in the last week - OMG it is not just about copper.

YTD Zinc up 45% and Lead up 30% - when we have a PFS and it is announced at these commodity prices and not the 3 year average and the resources upgrade we will have more like £2billion indicated in the ground with a NPV of £250 million or an equivalent SP of 50p. Share price upgrade on the way it is a question of when not if at these commodity prices.

EUA directors were paid in shares for quite a few years before the AIM miner multi bagged by 50 times in 12 months.

Highside EUZ was at 5.5p post consolidation so we are still up 40% post consolidation. I agree that the SP is disappointing but most AIM mining shares have fallen lately. The PFS and then the DFS will show if this is to be mined so patients required. Our 2 main resources are up 10% so far this year - we also have a great location with the local Junta in favour. We have had some great news lately and this has not been shown in the SP. Shed and anyone who followed EUA will remember that they had good news for around 10 months before they multi-bagged until they mentioned a possible sale and they went up by 4 times in a week. This share has the possibility of multi-bagging by 10 and waiting for the right news might just mean you miss out.
