So yes the value event was not the possible new purchase but Toral. I was wrong last year with the timing of the PFS but they did indicate it was around 18 months off last year which would suggest we would have one for the new year. I suspect the JV company that we were require the funding from 'value event' can move the goal posts or because of the good drilling news we need more drilling and proving which seems ever lasting. Yes the fund raising was a shambles but has I have already said their were no warrants attached to the funding for the funding to dilute us even more later on at 5p.
So the reason for the new investors and the reason DBA came aboard again is because the NPV is so much higher than the SP and that this will be a reason for the SP to multi-bag one day. The value event has not disappeared completely it has just been postponed for now. It is still all about Toral and it always was.

So it backs up the reason he was paid at a rate of 0.61 p. It also shows that the SP today last month or even in January would be used has an average. CB's fees are now paid up until March 2021 and so the January high would have been used in the average along with the March 2020 price of approx 0.2p.

I do think CB has put GLR on the back burner for now but it is the PI's who are not seeing the value and CB is just taking advantage of what is a ridiculously low SP but the assets have not changed. If the resource prices such has copper and zinc stay high or go even higher then in 12, 24 months time the 3 year average will be higher for any financial report. The main thin is CB is seeing value.

So CB was paid over 10 million shares for being owed £65,000 which equates to 0.61pence per share. Which on the face of it looks outrageous. Nevertheless it was from work done from 2018 so I suspect they have taken an average price. The good thing is the directors are taking payment in shares which is positive however cheap they got them. The only other company I know of where this happened was EUA - the directors know what they have or they would have paid themselves in cash and not illiquid shares they will not be able to sell unless they are willing to crash the SP and get very little for them.

I am not negative on RMM and am very positive on copper and if I have sold out too early then so be it and it will not be first or last time I sell out of a company too early.

Shed you are the most considered genuine LTH on the board and try and extrapolate the BS from the many posts.

Shed I think the value event has backed fired and trust has been lost but like you I do feel that they had a purchase in mined. The problem in my opinion is the length of time it is taking to prove up the resources and anyone who has invested in mine exploration will realise that this is normal practice. Take EUA who have been proving up their assets for over 20 years.

I must admit this time last year I thought that we would be closure to a PFS than it now looks like and we need more proving up - I got this wrong and am willing to admit this. However, why have I got this wrong when you consider we have more resources, the resources price is higher and we might be able to introduce copper to the resources. 13 months ago we had a very good report done on the potential of the mine which you would have thought would have kept the SP up and the resource updates would also help - that has not happened.

Going forward and this might be a reason for the lack of progress is that the longer the proving takes before we have a definitive feasible study(DFS) then possibly a few thins might have occurred:

I. The resources will have increased but I feel will be dependent on copper being added
2. We will know exactly how we will be extracting the resources from the mine and pay back is less than 3 years.
3. This one is a bit subjective but if zinc and lead can stay at these levels or go higher then in 2 years time the actual DFS will be using a much higher 3 year average price because the lull of 2019/2020 will be out of the 3 year averages.

Having invested in EUA and reading so much heartache and disappear on those boards over a decades I am not going to sell up yet. Finally, with the money in the bank and the money raised then if that illusive deal does not come off then I will not be disappointed. Annoyingly, it is going to take a lot longing than I thought 12 months ago but the key for me is the price of zinc and lead and for me it always will be.

I did see your £112K Shed but there was no confirmation of that because it depended on which dollar they used. However, if that is now confirmed then thank you for coming back.

MM the accounts are in Australian Dollars so I suspect the directors are paid in the same currency and 170,OOO Australian dollars equals £92,000. Unless you have already converted and they are paid over 300,000 Australian dollars. If we going to keep the negativity up make sure we have the facts. Although, it is too much if you are correct MM.

IMO the 10 million was a sale but it could easily be a forced sale rather than a PI in the know. Although, there has been a lot of large sales lately. I also think someone does not just go online and press the sell button for 10 million it gets worked during a day or 2 and it was probably someone selling out completely. I tried a dummy buy this morning for 1 million and it was offered at close to the mid so I suspect it was being filled this morning and yesterday and completed just before 1 today. However, MM's would still be holding too much and needed to drop the price but the hangover is now probably gone.
The news has been very positive all year it is just CB is too busy and due to no new funding required he does not give a **** about the SP. CB is renowned for this and then all of a sudden the RNS start flowing. GLR is a stock to hold long term but timing and top slicing is important with in CB companies and a must.

I think it is quite clear that private investors are ****** off to say the least and todays RNS I feel was a result of the frustration shown on here and the new investors. I don't think that you will get rid off LR but you have certainly given him a bloody nose.

This is all good news and the dreadful fundraising will only help the case for local government/EU funding. EUA used to do paid but not independent/inhouse projections which the market liked which was a red flag for TW but it worked for the SP.

If management can up their game on the presentation like UFO/GGP/EUA/KAV etc then that will be a good start. CB is very poor on communication so he is also not the man what we need with Toral.

So if this article had come out just before the placement and the placement came a week later would anyone be happier? Just think about that.
Having read the article I am a bit more enthusiastic and I am yes being more realistic with my opinion of where the SP will be next year. It is still all about Toral and I think we will have a majority partner who will fund it to mining but like GGP give up control which did a lot for their SP - I have seen it many times before. Alien also did a farm -out at the same time they rose by a multiple of 15. The alternative is a CB type deal of royalties and cash upfront but we don't have another project to spend the cash on do we!!!!!!! One thing is for certain IMO is we are not going it alone which was the plan last year and I do agree there needs more drilling/analysis etc before a DFS but I don't think we will be paying any more money towards the exploration cost because it is far too big an project to go it alone and we will move aside.

I suspect the large buy was a sell but was being worked on Thursday/Friday and was the reason for the fall at the end of the week. MM's gept the price up while they were working it and then we had large fall Friday afternoon- just my opinion but now it is filled.

CB is putting GLR on the back burner and I think he his going to be paid in shares so does not want a spike in the SP yet. We are not doing any placings with the cash we have and going to receive over the next 12 months so CB feels the SP is unimportant. It feels like we are on go slow but when CB is ready an explosion of news and value will be announced and hopefully we will get our reward. I feel a bit like EUA but at least they have had their explosion.

Not that much off a demise from post consolidation price because the price post consolidation was 5.5 p and initially went down to 4.5p we are now at 5.25p. The demise would be has Highside/BB would say has been over the last 3,5,10 years not 18 months. However, it might fall next week ready for shed to mop up.

This board is all over the place:
We have some people saying that LR did the placing for his mates to increase their share in Toral and we have some saying that DBA will not be happy because the deal did not go through.
IMO any deal would have been small in consideration of the value of Toral which is still the main prize for the likes of DBA (I don't think the new venture was the value event if there ever was one) and now they have a much bigger steak in it - I can see where you are coming from Bricks but we have to agree to disagree.

I believe that the board would not be happy to have raised money so desperately only to have a deal fall through. CB will not be coming back he has enough to do at XTR and GLR.
In my opinion DBA know more about Toral than most and I think that they will be very happy indeed. If they had tried to buy shares on the secondary market they would have had to pay over 9p which would have increased has they bought more that is fact. This way they increased their stake cheaply at the expense of LTH and EUZ have plenty of money for now so placings should be of the table for first 6 months of next year unless they buy something big. Additionally, the value of Toral has not changed some people on this board were saying that we should be worth £50 million or around 65p on the number of shares we have listed - that valuation if correct has not changed. Am I happy with a placing we might have not needed no and the BOD need to address this but changing the leader of the Toral exploration in my sincere opinion will not add value rather create uncertainty which markets don't like. This is my opinion and every one should do their own research and decide accordingly.

I will not be voting against the resolutions. However, I am not satisfied with the reason for the placing or the timing. However, there is an old saying 'be careful for what you wish for'. A change of directors will cost money which we do not have and I am actually happy with the progress of Toral - a delisting will happen if the votes do not go through and I am more scared of that than giving LR a kicking.
